The amenities
Location was not convenient. Grab could not enter the area of the hotel and to get out of the hotel you have to walk 15 minutes in the middle of nowhere in order to get a Grab.

Everything about our stay was perfect. What we particularly loved was the à la carte breakfast: the menu is outstanding, every dish is delicious, and the selection is genuinely wide.
The staff were incredible. Always attentive, always one step ahead, and they got to know us personally. It truly felt like being at home.
The rooms are superb. The design is beautiful, the soundproofing is excellent, and the suite comes with plenty of complimentary extras such as water and the minibar, which makes the whole experience feel effortless.
I recommend this hotel very highly. For me, the level of service went beyond what you would expect even from a five-star hotel.
