Portobello Villa Ubud

I really like villa with the view which was exactly like in the photo

I didn't like that some services was not avaiable when we wanted like brunch or access to spa . It was no treatment room , but someone could come to your your room to do massage on your request. I really didn't like as well that coffee was not incuded in the breakfast but soft drinks or hot drinks to choose. I really was not happy also that was cold water in swimming pool , because sun was only for couple of houres in the villa . We couldn't then order floating breakfast to our room because of the same reason. They informed us on arrival that they changed recenly location and they are still doing some works inside the resort.

Spacious rooms, peaceful, quiet and private. Gorgeous pool in an exquisite setting.

Very nice villa, staff was very welcoming and helpful. All staff were super helpful in everything we asked, they were very accommodating.

Room is a bit dark could do with more lighting but it could also be quite romantic, air con was loud but staff tried to help to fix the issue, we end up just using the fan. There was a lot of mosquito so bring repellant!! Only felt safe from it when you’re in the mosquito net so couldn’t really relax but we were out most of the day and only return to sleep. Would have been nice to be notified that they were renovating the reception area - at first arriving quite late felt a bit worried that we booked a false accommodation.
