Amazing time and activities due to a very supportive staff from the hotel!

The staff were amazingly friendly, the breakfast was delicious and organization for tours and bikes was perfect! Especially Princess was always very sweet and helped us a lot! Thanks for a great time! :)

Dirty outdated rooms, not like on pictures at all. It says you have to wait 5 minutes for warm water just to shower but even after 30 minutes of waiting there’s no warm water.

Its like living inside a temple area, tranquility and magical

The staff is super friendly and the resort is located in a great spot not to far away from the center of Ubud. there is a magical tranquility at the resort, its very peace full and you feel you step back in time, the pool is pretty big and the floating breakfast for my sons birthday was amazing.

I would really hope that the resort owners would give the rooms a bit more love, the bathrooms had a strange smell to them and i think it is simply just a matter of giving them a complete scrubdown.

Actually The location of the property was amazing but need more management in cleanliness.

I like the atmosphere in the area with nice garden and nature. Staff friendly and helpful, spacious parking lot, 10 minutes from central ubud by walk.

The bath room need upgrade like mirror, the hand shower, the TV Channel connection errors, mosquito, the room under & side the bed + bath room need deep cleaning 1-2x a month.

It’s a nice place for a few nights

Specious calm place with a huge garden. There is a restaurant on the territory where they surf breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very friendly and served me a BD pancakes which was surprising and nice of them.

The room was not quite new, some renovation is needed. The food at the cafe was not that good for its money.

The restaurant inside tropical gardens was fantastic and food was excellent

Toilet and wash basin were ordinary. Toilet rolls attached to a vacuum held tissue holder which used to fall down frequently. Bath towels were not bright and white looked like old towels

The driver! The hotel recommended the driver and he was amazing. He gave us gifts and treated us like we were family. He was so sweet that he checked In on us and came running if it started to rain. Highly recommending him!! ( he also knows exclusive spots) It was also beautiful and scenic inside the resort itself. The pool was beautiful and there was a spa in it - which i didn’t get to test.

The property didn’t have well finished touches such as - the sink looked very old and pink and overall bathroom wasn’t that nice but it was clean. Later found out it was because of Covid which hit them hard.

Quiet - beautiful- Full of Nature very close to Ubuds urban Areas

Extremly quiet, clean and Close to Ubud. A Great Pool and Nature arround and a Great Space to work as a Digital Nomad too. The Service and people who work there are exzellent Friendly and made me any Minute feel home. I was a Solo Traveller and such a great calm time. I loved the Room!

Very satisfied.

Very good stay at this resort. The rooms were great and clean. Staff was very kind and friendly. Area was clean, safe and peaceful. Reception staff (specifically Princess) were very helpful and polite. The toilets were blocked once but they immediately responded and apologised and commented for improvements. I would highly recommend anyone to have their experience.

Don’t believe on the pictures of the hotel.

The pool looks nice but I didn’t get to use it.

The staff very unhelpful. Also, the manager. We arrived dreaming to have a nice shower but for our surprise the bath was full of hairs and muck, honestly, disgusting. We had to hold the shower because it doesn’t have where to hang it. The Deluxe Double Suite is denominated like that just because is a big room nothing else. The hotel has big gardens and has a beautiful pool but doesn’t have a welcoming feeling. I wouldn’t call it as a Resort & Spa but, more as a 2 star hotel. We booked this hotel for 4 night but, we stayed for 1 night and cancel the others but they did not gave us our money back even with our complaints and disappointment. Don’t waste your time going there, so many better and cheaper places out there.

Bathrooms need a very deep clean and power washing in between the tiles, there is a lot of grout and dirt buildup. Unsure why this is case as many other guests have commented the same. Everything else was great but shame about cleanliness of bathroom.

Lovely place with big pool and nice gardens

Very friendly staff and a lovely check-in process. We had a huge and comfy room. The staff was so kind to provide us with an extra desk in the room. We really liked the big pool, ideal for swimming. The gardens are lovely. The breakfast was good and enough (à la carte). We were allowed to check in earlier.

Good place to stay in Ubud.

The hotel is located in the northern parts of Ubud, eg there‘s no easy way to get into the main area of the city without using a Gojek driver. The staff was absolutely great. Thanks for everything.
