Breakfast good and lot of variety , room neat and clean , beds are comfortable ,pool maintained well only thing is people must wear swim cap before entering the pool. i could get hair in my fingers

Location was bit far from centre place so we have to take taxi to the centre every time to have lunch or dinner

All the staff are lovely people and cannot do enough for you. Our room was kept very clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I had the most amazing 2 hour massage!!

Nice & clean property with good amenities & courteous staff always ready to help with smile & accommodate you if you have fussy kids at breakfast & good breakfast

From start to finish, every detail was meticulously crafted for guest comfort and enjoyment. First Impressions & Service: Check-in was a breeze, setting the tone for a hassle-free stay. The staff is the hotel's greatest asset—warm, attentive, and always wearing a beautiful smile. A special shout-out to Julia at reception, whose kindness and professionalism were exceptional. The Room & View: We had a spacious room with an incredibly comfortable bed, ensuring restful nights. Waking up to the breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the lush forest was a daily highlight. It was the perfect serene sanctuary. Hotel Grounds & Amenities: The landscape is stunning. The main swimming pool is amazing, and we loved the shaded secondary pool—a perfect spot to relax with a delicious pizza and a cool drink. The complimentary evening happy hour was a fantastic touch we looked forward to each day. Dining: The restaurant is truly one of a kind. The variety of delectable foods and drinks was impressive, and the service was consistently attentive and friendly. Unique Experiences: The complimentary bicycles are a great perk, but renting their electric bikes was an exceptional experience. It allowed us to discover Ubud and its surrounding beauty effortlessly and joyfully. Location: The hotel’s location in the heart of Ubud is excellent, providing both convenience and a sense of serene escape. In Summary: We left after 5 days wishing we could stay forever. This was more than just a hotel stay; it was a memorable journey. It surely will not be our last visit. Thank you, Element Ubud, for an unforgettable getaway! WiFi was not working during check-in but it was fixed in few hours

the welcome and professionalism of the team everyone was friendly throughout the hotel they greeted and engaged. they were tentative and considerate to our needs the room was well taken care of and neat

our stay was too short, we will be back lol no issues we however wish there was a place to dry our clothing we struggled with wet clothing when we left perhaps if there was a self service laundry parlour

Good location, very good breakfast and food in general, free yoga every morning. The staff is very polite and oriented for problem solving.

The hotel built in a way that the best rooms are in the back and you have to walk long corridors to reach the room. The mechanical workshop is just at the backyard, with workers burning palm and wood all day long. The roosters can be heard all night long in the “best rooms” facing the jungle - the soundproofing is very weak. The kids club is very old and not well maintained- and it’s very different from the photos.
