I can't speak highly enough of this beautiful hotel. It was charming. The staff were always wanting to help in any way. Nothing was a problem always smiling. Just perfect place for us. Slightly out of the Ubud, but freet shuttle into city. The food was delicious in the resturant. Perfect place to relax, enjoy a massage and chill out. Hope to come back at some stage.
Honestly there was some road noise but tucked away in your room you didn't really notice it very much.

Friendliness of staff. Shuttle to Ubud. Quiet.
A bit too far from centre of Ubud which was our fault for not researching more. Limited menu.
