Fantastic location right in the heart of Ubud, stepped out of the resort and onto downtown Ubud. Meanwhile, whilst in the resort was peace and tranquility 🙏.

The villa was a nice large size. The pool was great, it was nice temperature until around 5pm when it got a bit too cold, so we enjoyed afternoon cocktails daily in there! The staff are excellent — old school Bali hospitality which doesn’t make you feel like you’re bothering service staff. The layout of the villa is nice — entering into large main area with bed, then to a side room with mirror and table, then an inside/outside large bathroom.
Overall it’s strong value for money for a 3 star property
The mattress and pillows weren’t that comfortable (too hard and springy), but I’m keeping in mind it’s a 3 star property, so these things will be slightly lower budget compared to 4 star and above.
The bath didn’t work (didn’t plug properly) but only tried to use it on last day, I’m sure if I told service staff they would have fixed it promptly.

The central location was great
When we first got there the rooms were suboptimal - right at the front of the property near local bars. We asked to be moved and the staff were more than happy to accommodate our request.
The pool ran out of towels though which was niggly
