Very goof location Owner very helpful and on the top of each request or question I had. I stayed newly 2 weeks alone, and came back with my family for 5 nights

Staff not very motivated Quick us out for the check out at 12 even if the all place was all empty; so we waited for an hour , because my girl had a medical appointment until 1pm And no one was cleaning the rooms, but we had to be outside because it is the rule Also be aware of the school very noisy early morning We had the rooms downstairs and it smell very strong of humidity and mold; didn’t have this pb in the bungalow

A peaceful haven in the middle of bustling Ubud ! It's very private, spacious and the swimming pool set among the flowers and the trees allows you to relax and cool off. The personal are friendly, kind and discreet. It's very well located to visit Temples, the Palace, restaurants and of course shops. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back !

The accommodation is located in a good area, close to restaurants, shops and Ubud market. The room was a good size, clean and the bed comfortable.

WiFi was not good. On and off. Reception very poor. The green and brown tiles of the pool didn't make it inviting to have a swim.

Loved the big spacious rooms and the beautiful environment. Extremely peaceful, relaxing and comfortable.

Pleasant and relax for 3 nights in Ubud

The situation is very good, as it is in a quiet green field garden environment. Breakfast was OK, could give an extra slice of bread ! Staff of the boys are smiling/doing their best. They do clean. Hot shower was fine for the water. The big balconies with chairs are very pleasant and comfortable. The size of the second floor bedroom, very spacious. Very nice bamboo ceiling.

The matrass/matelas en francais, of the bed is very bad. A sponge all over used, sinking and damp. The bathroom is old with walls full of humidity, the walls should be scratched and painted. Sink so old they cannot be clean as well as the tiles. Plenty of cobwebs on the lamps and winsdows screens very dirty.

Superb

Firstly the staff are lovely and helpful and super friendly. The location is great but also tucked away so that all I could hear as dawn broke were birds in the garden. The breakfast is light - but strangely filling. I loved my coffee. The water pressure in the shower was lovely. Finally I thought the laundry was a bit expensive - but then everything came backed ironed!! Happy days.

The WiFi was weak and I was disappointed not to have daily drinking water.

Buena ubicación y excelente calidad-precio en el centro de Ubud

Excelente ubicación en el corazón de Ubud para iniciar infinidad de tours y actividades. Cerca de templos, arrozales, Monkey Frest, cascadas, restauración, rutas.... El desayuno muy completo y bueno, habitaciones correctas con cámadas muy cómodas

El lavabo. Necesitan mejorar, es el peor punto con diferencia.

Nie wieder

Ruhige Lage und trotzdem im Zentrum.

Obwohl PKW Parkplatz angeboten wurde, gab es nur Motorroller Parkplatz. Das Bad ist in einem extrem schlechten Zustand und es hat uns furchtbar geekelt. Im Zimmer war ein extrem starker Feutigkeitsgeruch!

Buon compresso per una low budget stay in pieno centro a Ubud

Location ottimale. La struttura ha la cassaforte in camera. Il contesto è carino.

La porta della camera è altamente insicura, si chiude con un lucchetto ma di base rimane aperta, fortunatamente c’è la cassaforte in camera. Il bagno era invaso dalle formiche, ordinaria amministrazione per l’Indonesia.

La proximité avec toutes les choses intéressantes à faire à Ubud, que ce soit pour des activités, des visites, des restaurants ou des boutiques. Dans le fond d'une ruelle, donc au calme. Il y a la climatisation et c'est fantastique ! Il y a aussi une petite piscine mais on n'a pas eu le temps de la tester ...

Super emplacement, pile sur l’avenue principale ! Personnel sympa, petit dej génial et chambre incroyable ! Super !

En rentrant du mont batur à 10h nous espérions un p’tit dej car ils le servaient avant 10h et ça n’a pas été accepté (seul bémol du voyage sinon tout était super!)

スタッフの笑顔がとても良くて癒されました。街中のメイン通りから直ぐの所で　夜もレストランも豊富でお買い物も楽にできウブド王宮までも歩いていける距離は魅力的です。鍵がレトロで可愛い

朝食はイマイチで初日のみ頂きましたが、後は他で食べました。虫が多いので虫嫌いの方にはお勧めできません。ホテルの前まで　車は入れないのでメイン通りで車を降りてスーツケースを運ぶのが一苦労ですあと２日目にシャワーが夜冷水しか出ず翌日言ったら　若干　あったかいかも？のレベルのお湯が出たのですが、さすがにいくら暑い国でも　冷水では震えました

Lo único bueno de este alojamiento era la ubicación.

No recomendaría este alojamiento para nada. En cuanto llegamos (después de que nos fuera bastante complicado encontrar la entrada), vimos la nula higiene y limpieza del establecimiento. Decidimos comprar insecticida y matar todo lo que se movía. Pero fue imposible. Nos dimos cuenta de que había un agujero al lado de la cama por el que salían hormigas continuamente, no había manera de parar aquello (no os haceis a la idea), arañas que salían escopeteadas en cuanto movías cualquier mueble y telarañas e insectos por todos lados. No había ningún tipo de higiene y el baño no invitaba a darse ni una fucha. Fue muy desagradable. Por no hablar del hueco que había debajo de la puerta, que no era pequeño. Valoramos quedarnos aunque sea esa noche de nuestra llegada a Ubud (ya que era muy tarde), pero nos fue imposible. Decidimos buscar algo rapidamente y tuvimos suerte. No nos quedamos ni esa primera noche. Se lo dijimos al personal y les importó bien poco.

Está muy bien ubicado, en el centro pero sin muchos ruidos, solo se escuchan los pajaritos y las ranas por la noche. Tienes un jardín delante que da mucha paz. El personal es muy amable. El precio estupendo. Agua caliente con mucha presión y delicioso pancake de banana

Был уже очень много раз и даже жил пол года , ностальгия привела снова.Месторасположение очень удобное , зеленая территория.Крутые новые домики.Очень дружелюбный персонал.

К сожалению спустя 2 года ремонта никакого не было и комнаты очень под устали.Не смотря на старания персонала поддерживать порядок нужен капитальный ремонт.
