Great location and tasty food.

The property is far enough away from the Main Street. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was delicious with a la cart menu. Breakfast is available all day.

The best place to stay in the center of Ubud.

1. They provided us a big portion and delicious chicken sandwich upon our late check in for free! It helped us a lot since, most restaurants already closed when we arrived. 2. The place is very strategic, within walking distance to tourist attractions, cafes, restaurants, and spas. 3. The tranquility. 4. The food. Yummy!!

Beautiful

We enjoyed staying at Adiwana as it is set in the middle of the nature, but also in the middle of the town. Beautiful designed hotel, with a wonderful pool and with very polite and well trained staff. What we have liked the most, was the fact that we were able to book day tours from the hotel and we had such amazing experiences due to our very talented driver- guide Yudi. Thank you Yudi and also thank you Mila, for taking such a good care of us.

Excellent stay, great ambience with exception service

Adiwana Bisma is conveniently located in Ubud within 7 mins walking distance to Money Forest and 10 mins walk to the main Ubud shopping street and little alley markets. We stayed in room 132 (level 3) which was good size for 3 people with a balcony facing the forest view. Amenities were great, including the free soft drinks, fruits and nibbles in the room. Hospitality of the staff was outstanding. The hotel had an awesome infinity pool on level 5 with bar. The hotel has 24 hour breakfast which was included in our booking. The a-la-carte breakfast menu is world class with options including variety of cold and hot beverages, bakery, savoury and sweet dishes, and many other options. The staff are always willing to customise and offer more. Service was outstanding. Overall an awesome stay at Adiwana Bisma and highly recommended.

We had dinner at the restaurant on level 5 besides the infinity pool. It took a long time for the meal to come and pizza was not as good as what we would expect from the hotel of this standard. It could be more authentic with softer and fresher base. However, ambience was awesome and overall this hotel is great.

Blissful stay!

Had the most beautiful stay at Adiwana Bisma!! Special shoutout to Laura and all the team. The staff are so kind, welcoming and professional - they really make you feel at home, no ask is too much. The hotel itself is stunning - modern, spacious and clean rooms with super comfy beds. The pool is amazing, overlooking the jungle and mountains. Breakfast is delicious, and I also really appreciated the extra little touches like complimentary mini bar, cookies and fruit in the room, plus free daily cocktail and afternoon tea. I loved this hotel so much, it seems to be the best one in Ubud from what I can see - would 100% recommend and can’t wait to return.

Absolutely wonderful!

The staff was absolutely amazing! We arrived at the hotel at 2am and were warmly welcomed with wonderful snacks and dinner! The menu at the restaurant was incredible, healthy and delicious. Beautiful hotel but smells of mould

The rooms are gorgeous. Pool and jungle views are really nice. Spa was amazing and the massage was superb (though not cheap)

It had very mouldy smell and our room needed to be changed. New room still had some mouldy smell too but tolerable. Given the hotel is in ubud and this issue is not avoidable, it’s important to have a dehumidifier and air purifier in each room

Everything at the hotel was beyond our expectations. Best massages ever! The food was quite amazing. You could see those massive mountains on a clear day from the pool. Ask for Suma as your hotel driver and you won’t be disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience at Adiwana Bisma. The hotel feels like a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Ubud. The setting is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well designed, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall, Adiwana Bisma exceeded my expectations. Amazing views and a nice boutique feel to the hotel. Staff were very helpful & the cooking class was a real highlight.

The location was a bit removed from town (okay for us but maybe an issue for some). The Bisma Road needs upgrading but this is not the hotels fault.

Not worth the price.

I liked the central location and the breakfast.

Not 5 star or the price worth. The building is old, the rice fields are muddy with a public road next to it. And I had to chase them to get my airport ride arranged. Although I paid a high price I was not picked up by the hotel driver but a random driver. Had to call them several times, but no one really took charge to arrange things well.

Amazing ADIWANA bisma, Ubud

The hotel is ideally located to explore ubud. The staff are amazing, so friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. We were made to feel very welcome and given excellent service throughout our stay. Being able to book everything through reception made our trip even more pleasurable. Our driver for the day trip was very friendly with great knowledge of the area and we enjoyed his company. They also arranged our onward travel to another resort, again our driver was very friendly and interested to learn more about our home country aswell as answering our questions about Bali culture and general life here in Bali. We will definitely be recommending this hotel and will return ourselves. Thank you so much for everything you did on our stay.

Location was perfect with so many eateries within walking distance. Flexible breakfast timing, free cocktail during happy hour, free teatime, umbrellas to use during rain, photo shoot service, dinner discount, massage was great, free non-alcoholic mini bar drinks and snacks, bath tub with bubble bath.

The slippers didn’t fit my husband’s western feet. No shaving kit in the room.

Lovely hotel (but bring earplugs just in case)

The hotel is very lovely, situated a 15 minute walk away from the busy part of Ubud. Huge room, gorgeous bathroom, and a lovely view out over the local farmer’s fields - it was fun watching him herding his ducks into the paddies to eat the bugs. Pool was fairly large. Food and drinks were great. The thing that really makes this hotel is the staff, who were absolutely wonderful in every way, and who were clearly very sad that we all had to deal with the very inconsiderate guests who were staying at the same time as we were.

Sadly, other guests were screaming and shouting in their rooms from 6 in the morning until after midnight for the duration of our stay, which made sleep extremely difficult. The hotel staff had complaints from us and others, but although they went to speak to the noisy people, those people chose to ignore these complaints. We were offered a free drink as some kind of compensation but on reflection, it does mean that I would be a little wary about choosing to stay here again as the soundproofing could not cope with the noise - this is more of a building issue but has to be pointed out.

Amazing!!

We have stayed at Adiwana Bisma for 4 nights. First of all, it was way too short. We would have liked to extent our stay if we could. Everything was amazing. The staff, the food, the pool & the view, the room and the bed. It was very clean and comfortable! This hotel will always have a special place in our hearts as we got engaged here. It would not have been so perfect if weren’t for the efforts of the hotel and the staff. We are sad to leave and we definitely will come back. Overall 10/10, would recommend to stay at this hotel!!

Memorable stay by the staff

The infinity pool is stunning, especially the view in early morning and sunset, absolutely gorgeous. All the staff are nice, friendly and accommodating. They all serve from their heart and genuinely. I would like to especially thank to Putu at the reception, Laura, Dwik and Joni at the restaurant. You all have made our trip memorable with your smiles and conversations. The room is also spacious, bathroom is beautiful.
