The rooms were beautiful and immaculate, the staff was so friendly and accommodating… I fell in love with them! The daily complementary breakfast is delicious, the Sunset at the pool is an extraordinary experience and the spa is first class! I love the location so much because you have access to so many restaurants, shops, and spas within an easy walk! Highly recommend staying at Adiwana Bisma and will most likely come back with the rest of my family!

The facilities were amazing. Everything was very clean and well kept. Our room service was amazing, thank you to Jaya. The infinity pool on the rooftop was amazing with a great jungle view. The food was delicious from Pistachio, which is the hotel restaurant. The complentary breakfast was way better than expected. The location was great because there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars within a 10 minute walk. The monkey forest was also a quick 10 minute walk. There was a great variety of western establishments and local establishments to chose from depending on your preference. We had a jungle view room and it was fabulous. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful with everything. Very humble and hard working people. Dedix was our personal driver during our stay and he was amazing. He drove us around to all of the places we wanted to visit and was very knowledgeable on the culture here in Bali. He explained everything very well and took the time to answer all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to show us around. If you stay here, I would highly recommend requesting Dedix. We also had a lovely massage at the spa, actually a couple of massages because they were so good. Special thanks to Rita and the other girls at the spa. The next time we come to Ubud we will definitely stay here again. Definitely a 5 out of 5.

After staying with Adiwana Bisma, our expectation in hotel's standard got a bit higher. Adiwana pay attention to the small little detail that normally we do not pick up on like friendly staffs greeting us by name, very informative when we dine at the restaurant because there is always something going on every evening, either live band or traditional Bali dance or fire dance. And the food :) wonderful & delicious, we all (4 of us) enjoyed very much. After 3 weeks trip we voted, Adiwana Bisma is on top of our list, we did stay in a nice hotels through out the whole 3 weeks in Singapore, Malysia & Bali.

This boutique hotel property is an absolute gem in Ubud. Our rice terrace view room was beautiful and comfortable. Overly friendly staff. Exceeded our expectations. Pistachio restaurant upfront was our favorite. We enjoyed all the activities that were held during the week. 1.5 hours from the airport, hotel sets up paid transfers. 15 minute walk to the Sacred Monkey Sanctuary. Accommodated our family of 19.

Adiwana Bisma is a beautiful property and staff was wonderfully helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the large shower and also dining at Pistachio Restaurant. We only stayed one night and wished our visit could have been longer.

We love this hotel. The staff bent over backwards to take care of your every need. The restaurant was good and seemed to have live music of some type every night. The pool was spectacular looking over the jungle with an infinity pool. The rooms were very nice. The hotel is close to the main drag in a boo put down a quiet street.

Bathroom floors were very, very slippery. I fell once with no serious injury. We had to scatter used bathroom towels on the floor to avoid a repeat. Other than this incident, our stay was very excellent. Many thanks!

We had a lovely stay at Adiwana Bisma. Room was serviced twice a day, always spot on. I chose this resort due to its proximity to the city centre while getting a view over the jungle from the pool. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Free mini bar and bottled water were so nice touch as well. Complimentary breakfast served anytime you wanted and complimentary afternoon tea every day is another plus compared to other resorts on Jalan Bisma. Breakfast was tasty and coffee was great, too.

I had a pleasurable stay at Adiwana Bisma which I can confirm is centrally located in Ubud. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to the Monkey Forest and one of the main roads littered with bars, restaurants & a secret mini pool club is also a 15 min walk away. The rooms are fantastic with housekeeping carried out twice a day. The hotel also has a splendid infinity pool with spectacular views on the top floor. During my stay the staff were amazing, super friendly and always willing to help and cater to your needs. They are also very helpful in planning tourist activities and I highly recommend reaching out to them for any of your needs or questions during your stay.

Staff were very courteous, friendly and accommodating. Most spoke English well enough to converse with their guests. Rooms were well appointed and luxurious.lighting was too dim for me without the option of brighter lighting to see the things in my dark luggage. But I think the dim lighting was to promote relaxation and tranquility. The only negative about the property was the loud construction noise during the day. .
