Amazing place to stay away and relax from the stresses of the modern world!

Excellent boutique hotel 10 mins walk into central Ubud, and same distance from walks through rice paddies! Staff were incredibly friendly, the whole build is in traditional Balinese style, so is very different from a modern new build hotel. Stunning for that reason! The Oleander villa w pool was just beautiful!

Another magical stay

I continue to indulge in staying at what's become my favorite hotel in Bali. I've now stayed in 3 room categories and it's tough to choose a favorite, though my repeat stays clearly highlight how much I adore this property. While there are tons of options in Ubud, Ibah is consistently the top in all categories- comfort, aesthetic, service, location and overall vibe. I so appreciate the indulgence offered to all of my senses here, and I'll always look forward to returning. Views from each room are natural and unique in their special ways. This time I even got a private yoga session included as the only guest who signed up- what a treat! For me, the Ibah team and offering represents a high standard other hoteliers around the world can aspire to. Luxury is more than a label, it's an overall feeling, and Ibah hits this out of the park without being pretentious.

The Resort is beautiful - lush, tropical gardens, water features with meandering pathways. Lovely just to walk around and enjoy. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Although very beautiful, I have safety concerns over the main pool area. There is a huge drop down to a lower pool area with no safety rail. Could be very dangerous for small children.

A magical escape surrounded by nature, with warm hospitality and true Balinese charm.

For me, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The gardens are absolutely stunning — it felt like walking through paradise. Our room was beautifully designed in Balinese style, with a spacious bathroom and a bathtub overlooking the jungle. Everything was spotless, with daily cleaning and evening turndown service that made our stay extra special. A big thank you to the restaurant staff who made us feel so welcome. I also highly recommend visiting the spa and enjoying a Balinese massage — it was pure relaxation. We will definitely be coming back!

A beautiful and comfortable vortex into old Bali

Ibah has soul that you can feel the minute you step foot on the grounds. I discovered it through their excellent restaurant and was so enchanted that I went back to stay. It's nestled into a dense canopy of the campuhan- immersed in the beauty of nature yet close to the center of ubud. I love its history and elegance, and while things aren't brand new and high tech like some other 5* options, they give off a feeling of authentic comfort in harmony with nature. The restaurant uses organic produce from their own garden. The entire team offers exceptional hospitality and warmth. The massage with Wayan is not to be missed. Thank you for giving me a feeling of home. 🙏

A totally relaxing short break.

What a delightful tropical oasis amid the hubbub of Ubud. The staff are so wonderfully friendly and helpful and you feel as if you are staying in an ancient temple in the middle of a jungle. Beautiful suite with private garden and pool. Love this place. Ubud centre is a 5 minute walk. Great massage in the spa and yoga too.

You are able to hear some traffic going through Ubud, but only when a horribly loud motorbike or scooter goes past. Most of the time it is silent apart from the noise of the stream, the fountains and the birds.

The statue of the woman/spirit just beyond the fountain pool at restaurant has been neglected....the fabric old and stained, and no daily floral tributes. Please fix that.

This is an enchanted place you would never want to leave.

Wonderful environment respectful of nature and the balinese spirit. You‘re immersed in a maze of natural beauty and balinese hospitality. The authenticity of the surroundings make you feel like you’re transported back in time. I deeply appreciated the astounding architecture, the lushness of the small alleyways and most of all the preservation of the local flora and fauna. Ibah is a haven of peace in natural beauty. It truly deserves a 11/10.

Tranquil but central location with delightful staff

The location was excellent - close enough to walk into the main area of Ubud town, but far enough away that it was spacious and quiet. Also very close to the Ridge Walk, so you could easily wake up early and do this. Great breakfast cooking, elegant pool area, superb massages and very friendly staff. They also organised a Balinese dance performance for Ibah guests.

The hotel was a little slow in providing fresh towels after we asked, but a minor point.

Well maintained, location and spacious. Property was surrounded by lots of greenery - piece of serenity! The trees, the river and rain - it was needed soul food!! Little piece of paradise tucked away from the very busy Ubud town.

Magnificent tropical garden setting with friendly, kind and attentive staff in every area. Our room was breathtakingly gorgeous with an oversized balcony, four poster bed with elegant mosquito net and a delightful outdoor shower set beneath the tropical canopy.

The Tree Top Villa was spacious & I particularly love the balcony area where I can sit and listen to the sound of the jungle. Staff were very courteous & helpful. The location of the hotel is very near Campuhan Ridge Walk.

The cupboards & blinds in the room are a little dated & needs refurbishment.
