Customer service, food and property is top notch. I forgot the name of the butler but she was fantabulous. Very close to Balinese culture ans loved every bit of it

Its a lovely Boutique Hotel. 2 pools, not big, but very nice, looking right into greenery. The staff was always super responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the Spa more than once. Hotel has 1 restaurant, all day breakfast available which is great, no other restaurants though. We really enjoyed our stay and were on the main Ubud road within 1 minute walking distance - but did not hear any of the hustle and bustle of Ubud while at the hotel - wonderful. Not so much suitable for families with little children, people staying there enjoy the calm and quiet.

All was great - staff, location, food, comfort of the beds, green surroundings, possibility to have breakfast all day long and to order it to the room, to enjoy it in the balcony. Infinity pool was amazing. Located 10-15 min walk from Ubud Palace and Art Market. Herblibrary restaurant of the hotel is great with healthy food and drinks at reasonable prices, with live music in some evenings.

Great staff and convenient location
The apartments and spa feel outdated, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.
