Breakfast spread was amazing but would have liked a halaal certified section clearly marked. Staff were amazing. Hotel was centrally located

Nice hotel in a very central location

- Nice location in walking distance to Kloof and Bree Street - Friendly and helpful staff - Nice pool/ lounge - Good gym

For the price and hotel category, certain things did not go very smooth: - We had to switch rooms in the beginning, because our initial room was used already - Our room was very small, with carpet instead of wooden floor (as seen on some pictures) and worn furniture - Our safe did not work and had to be replaced. Safes are not attached to the wall but just placed into the wardrobe

The spa was quite lovely and the roof top pool area. Gorgeous view. Breakfast spread was very decent too.

The fact that checked-in guests must pay to make use of spa facilities. It’s unheard of. The hotel also didn’t offer any gestures when I mentioned it was my first time visiting and I was staying to celebrate my birthday. I asked but they refused and said everything must be paid for. No nice gestures or anything of that sort. Nah

A nice hotel, well located

They promise an upgrade, but do not give it, late evening check in not on the same level as day check in. Employees bothering us with “do not disturb” sign on the door. Safety concern when a front deck employee pushes to go into the room demanding to call front desk for early check out. Unacceptable

Great stay, I always enjoy staying at the hotel. My kids loved it and it was their 1st time

Breakfast was good. Was disappointed though that there we no bananas considering that it was a major marathon weekend. Runners feed on bananas…. I had to go and buy them at spar.

The kitchen manager must keep abreast of activities and plan accordingly to cater for the guests. It was unacceptable that simple fruit like banana are not available

Great spacious studio apartment in a hotel room style

It was lovely hotel and room felt more like an apartment. As I did some climbing and wondering around I appreciated washing machine and drier, but I had to get my own washing liquid. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Overall I really enjoyed it. Internet was good too.

I could not get early check in or late check out as it was fully booked, they could not tell me in advance if it would be available and it wasn’t, so if those things are important to you this might not be the best place as my friend who was checking out earlier from another place managed to have late checkout without issues

A great hotel in the heart of Cape Town CBD. Perfect location!

The Capital 15 on Orange is an under rated hotel. The staff is amazingly warm and always there to help. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. I enjoyed everything. Location wise, you are walking distance (steps away) from some of the most vibrant places of Cape Town CBD.

Some electrical plugs by the "desk" were not working nor was the light above the desk (room 301).

One of the best stays I have had in a hotel

From the staff at the door greeting us with smiles, to the reception, the cleaners and the breakfast staff and the F&B manager everyone was exce3llent. So friendly and willing to help. In addition to this the hotel and its facilities are amazing but it was the staff and how they treat you that really sets this place apart. Well done to them all.

Good Location. Clean. Modern.

My room looked into the lobby area. Not great. Gloomy and not private unless you close the curtains. The hotel is obsessed with upselling and money, rather than making you feel warmly welcomed and relaxed. Every time you order something they say: "that'll be extra". Then when you do order something and say "charge it to my room", they say "you need to leave a deposit at the front desk, or pay immediately ". Then "sorry we don't take that card" (A Mastercard). Really? Like I'm going to run out without paying my bill?
