The location was perfect for my needs. I ordered room service most of the time and they were exceptional - quick, warm food and drink, and friendly. Front of house - all friendly and very helpfull.
Only thing where the hotel might be able to improve - the cupboards in my room had quite a few chip marks, etc. The curtains had stains on. Not the end of the world, but something they can look at.

The location, the hotel is located at a very convenient place, easy to get around the city.
staff are not to be trusted, we were stolen $1000 which was in our suitcase.
