Lovely property with nice staff and excellent breakfast. Rooms must be chosen to be happy.

We were in three and we had two bedroom. One was beautiful: spacious , a great bathroom and a lovely terrace. The second was in a different building and a shoe box.

The second room should have been closer to ours.

Gerald and Sarina really looked after us arranging tours, giving us a wonderful breakfast and made our stay in Cape Town

Great location in a nice suburban area close to restaurants and major attractions. Very homely feel unlike major hotel chains. The staff were very friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was lovely.

Excellent and relaxing

Beautiful accommodation, centrally located and easy to walk Kloof Street from. Wonderful staff, clean and spacious rooms, would definitely recommend staying here again. They helped me organise a car which I am very grateful for, as it allowed us to see the Cape of Good Hope and other attractions on the south coast. Really nice accommodation and a lovely breakfast as well!

Fabulous base for a Cape Town getaway!

Loved the location of Noah House. In a residential area and in walking distance to restaurants, shops and cafes. Very quick Uber ride from all sights. The interior is so tastefully designed. Breakfast was fabulous! Loved the selection from the menu and the fresh daily juices. And the staff was wonderful too – 10/10 stay!

An incredible welcome to a beautiful hotel that many would enjoy when visiting Cape Town.

The staff was incredible. The location was stunning with stunning views of the mountain. The size of the bedroom was great. The toiletries in the bathroom were of a high quality. The overall impression of the property was good.

For the price paid for a luxary boutique hotel, one would expect to have bathrobes, a full length mirror, a small sewing kit (I had to stitch a hem for a meeting), hair conditioner, complementary coffee/tea in the bedroom so as not having to leave the bedroom to get a coffee in the morning. Although the property is beautiful, it is a little bit too minimalistic, i.e. maybe some nice wooden furniture with the modern furniture in the lounge would make one feel a little more "cozy" or make one feel a little more at home.

A great base to explore Cape Town from.

Great location for exploring the city. Really comfortable and clean with facilities that are modern and user friendly. Loved the extensive honesty bar which had something for everyone including complimentary tea/coffee Richard was great and was there to help whenever you needed him.

Although the breakfast was fresh and delicious, personally I would have liked a few more “traditional “ offerings with bacon/sausage etc or possibly omelettes.

The breakfast options were varied to what we requested each day outside of the set breakfast menu to break the monotony! We did love the options we were offered! The quiche is a must try!

Noah is a charming boutique hotel in a lovely residential neighbourhood close to interesting shops and restaurants.

It was comfortable, charming, and very tastefully decorated. Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Owners were also on site on occasion and were lovely.

Great location; luxury experience.

From a practical perspective, the beds (mattress and linen) and shower were exceptional. Usually hotels get these wrong. The whole NOAH experience is one of luxury.

I hoped for more GF options for breakfast. The GF oats they made for me was, however, delicious!

Amazing place for city trip

The rooms are very nicely designed as well as the whole place. A dream for everyone keen to shot a few nice pics of their accommodation for Instagram. Location is great and you reach nearly everything in Cape Town in under 10min (Camps Bay, City, etc.) and some very nice restaurants are even in walking distance. Neighborhood is also very safe with security walking around during night. We also went for runs during the day and always felt very safe. The team was very nice and welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was really exceptional (loved the Avo toast and the homemade Quiche) and I enjoyed sitting on the little porch of the house every morning. Overall, really good place to stay if you are in Cape Town!

we stayed 7 nights and from beginning to end our stay was fabulous. the owners are super friendly and welcoming. the interior is stunning, everything is super clean and the breakfast is delicious!!! definitely order the french toast for breakfast!!! it‘s just 10 rooms, which gives the stay a very cozy feeling.

Cosy, nice design, safe and warm feel.

Safe neighbourhood, beautiful house and attentive staff. Breakfast was good although a bit slow, however, we were on holiday so perhaps that’s what we exactly needed.

The room was a little warm.
