From the moment you hand your car keys over to the valet you feel like you’ve escaped to somewhere wonderful, right here in the city. We had a wonderful stay. It was my husband’s birthday and they had such wonderful surprises arranged for us. The room we had was excellent, with a great view. The breakfast was delish and everything one can indulge in.

Valet parking is a great advantage and car is available in front of the hotel within minutes.
Front desk staff is helpful and gave a hotel tour for our comfortable stay. Concierge service is excellent and helped us plan the day better.
Rooms are clean, classy and well maintained. Tower wing room view mesmerized us with the view of Table Mountain and Lion's head from balcony.
Breakfast buffet had good variety especially Indian breakfast section.
Overall it was a great stay. If I ever visit Cape town again, I would definetly stay at Taj hotel. Best hotel in the town.
