The room was super comfy, big with all amenities that you need, even a washing machine and dryer, very practical for travellers like us. Overal clean. Nice white thick towels that smelled clean! Everyday housekeeping excellent. This 1 night was actually an extension on our previous booking.

Staff were magnificent and bent over backwards to ensure that our stay was all it needed to be!

Would have benefited personally from a more equipped and bigger gym and it would have been great if there had been a swimming pool at the site.

Very spacious and confortable rooms, in a good area, with one of the best views for breakfast.

Very spacious & well equipped rooms (including clothes washing machine &dryer), comfortable bed. The restaurant is on top of the hotel, 15th floor, so we had one of the best views, both to the sea and Table Mountain. Good food for breakfast also. Located in a nice area, with good restaurants and around 20-30 minutes walking to V&A. However the uber is cheap, we used it very often, even for trips outside the city.

They need better windows, you can hear noise from the street especially during the night (cars, motorcycles), so we used often our canceling noise airpods. It’s not a high traffic street, but it’s enough to have some “nervous” drivers during the night.

The location is excellent, easily accessible and not too far from CBD, malls and restaurants.The rooftop restaurant was a cherry on top!

I had noisy neighbours and at some point I couldn’t tell if the walls were too thin or the neighbours were just too festively.

The breakfast was amazing, and the view from the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, I truly enjoyed the entire experience.

Excellent apart hotel, great location, very clean

The rooms were very spacious with a large and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was great with a large shower and a bath which is separate. The room had a washing machine and a dryer which was very handy. The staff were great in all areas, very polite and couldn’t do enough to help you.

Can be a little noisy by the road at times as the rooms were not sound proof, however this did not affect our stay and we managed to sleep great still.

Amazing!

When I arrived they told me I’d been upgraded to a bigger room and it was absolutely amazing! The room was huge and looked brand new. It also had a washer and dryer, which was really helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the 15th floor was unbeatable! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I was a returning customer on a long term stay.the room was freezing cold i also had my room card deactivated on two occasions.the day of check out i was followed and harassed going to my room asking when I'm checking out as I was an hour later upon leaving I was not asked how my stay was at all;complete silence.i was going to be returning in April though i will take my money elsewhere

Breakfast location is stunning but the egg omelette I ordered was a joke it was so small and when I asked for more eggs was told I would have to pay . A 2 egg white omelette with almost no filling for what the cost is was very disappointing and the manager was not interested

We absolutely loved the Hotel

I absolutely loved the facilities. The rooms exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a luxury suite and it was amazing

The breakfast Menu was very limiting in terms of selection. The Hotel should consider introducing a buffet to allow for more options were visitors can select from.
