Everything , just just felt bad that I forgot my ID , wasn't aware that I should have it , would be great if they put it on the page when booking a room
That I didn't know I should have my ID, but they still helped me by me sending them a emailing of a picture of myself ..which was excellent, thought I was gonna lose my booking ,after knowing the money is none refundable...

No parking for cars. Fee of R140 per day for your car to be parked by the hotel.
AC not warming up. No heating.
