Awesome visit to Pontresina and St. Moritz! The Grand Kronenhof made it exceptionally special and one of the best hotels

Beautiful! Great staff and amenities. The Grand restaurant excellent. Breakfast buffet was great! A nice live concert Sunday evening in the lobby with Harp player Kety Fusco was a nice surprise. The bar and lounge, smoking lunge and billiard room were all great!

Peaceful exquisite luxury.

Stunning location and scenery. The spa is by far the most incredible spa I’ve visited yet. The staff were amazing, food was very high quality. Room was very comfortable and this is a luxury hotel with a personable feel. Fantastic valet parking and staff took time to connect. Breakfast and dinner were truly memorable. I would recommend and return in a heartbeat.

This might be the most beautiful hotel I have ever stay

Beautiful hotel with impressive views of the mountains and river. Staff is top notch always willing to help and not pretentious, drinks at the bar are first class with lots of options and brands. They give you a pass card to get access to trains, buses and lifts so moving around the area is very easy.

Never recommending this hotel.

The breakfast was okay. Not the best.

We got the dinner/breakfast inclusive package. For dinner the plain water was charged 10.50 CHF per day. The waiter said the wine was included so my self and my wife ordered wine. But it was charged 34 CHF each day. My 3 year old dinner was not inclusive with the package. Neither the front desk or restaurant told us. I had to wear blazer for dinner which I didnt have one and I had to pay 25 CHF each day to rent blazer. At the end of check out I am surprised with 400 CHF bill for wine, water during dinner with lead to believe it was included and neither front desk or restaurant neglect to disclose when I asked before I checked in. Parking was charged 3 days each day 28 CHF. When I asked why 3 days and I only booked 2 nights they said it was incorrectly charged and they would reverse the charge. But I haven't got the reversed charge on my credit card yet. To be honest I am not recommending this hotel. Even plain water is charge10.50 CHF each glass during dinner. The funny thing is we cannot bring room bottle water either. So the dinner is not inclusive its basically charged with bottle water and wine. The waiters are sneaky to make you belive its included.

The spa facilities were incredible. I especially liked the women's only sauna area!

No complaints really. The rooms are perhaps a little dated but the spa area more than made up for it.

The warm Kronenhof

A classical 5-star experience. The staff were amazingly friendly and did their best to make you feel at home. The view from the room was breathtaking. The restaurant, bar and cigar lounge where excellently styled and put together. The hotel gives a warm, cozy and luxurious feeling. I Will definitely return.

Our recent stay at Kronenhof hotel was highlighted by the exceptional staff, building history and the amazing facilities. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and hospitality made us feel welcomed. Each member of the team and specifically the concierge team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We will definitely stay again at Kronenhof when we revisit St. Moritz.

They were amazing with kids and met every need.

The only dinner restaurant is jacket and gown required with no other opportunity for more casual dining unless you left the hotel. This is a challenge for those traveling casually.

The hotel is really beautiful and the room, wellness area were exceptional. Very friendly staff and lovely spot if you are looking for quiet or outdoor sports.

For this price, it’s really unacceptable that tea and coffee facilities aren’t available in the room. At least you could order a cup of coffee to the room. It’s also unacceptable that in the 21st century there is a dress code for a meal that is half board. We are on holiday and don’t need to get dressed up if we don’t feel like it. We just want to chill out. I found this so out of touch with reality and offensive.

‏Everything in the hotel is wonderful, luxurious and elegant, the staff were very classy and they would do anything to serve us, it is one of the best hotels I have seen, especially the employee Angel was at the top of the splendor in dealing, and the restaurant is very beautiful and the restaurant staff were very classy, especially Katrina and Michelle, And on our last night they decorated the room with flowers for our wedding, thank you very much to the hotel
