We didn’t like: One of the room in our reservation didn’t have any heat and temperature outside was 8 degrees or Less Fahrenheit. We mentioned it to the receptionist who said she was going to inform it. Nothing was done. Our daughter slept with us in the other booked room to be able to sleep.

Perfect spot for a few days of cross-country skiing.

Located directly by the cross-country skiing centre (and the train station), the location could not have been better. Friendly, flexible staff. Good breakfast from 7am - perfect! Excellent in-house restaurant too. Spacious room kept very clean. Good value for money - especially by Engadin standards...

Great value clean and close to our hiking trailhead and the train station. We got upgraded to a view room on our return. They stored our luggage for a week while we hiked

It was in a perfect location, close to the station. The room was clean with a beautiful view. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were friendly.

The pillows were a little flat and coffee in the room would have been nice.

Location right next to the train station, quiet rooms away from the street. Nice restaurant downstairs with lovely interior and nice terrace area, alas on a sometimes busy street.

The view to mountains from rooms were amazing. Everything was clean and breakfast also nice.

One night we lost hot water and we had to take cold bath and this was really uncomfortable.

Beautiful Stay in Pontresina

The hotel is ideally located near the train station and bus stop in Pontresina. You have beautiful views of the mountains from the comfort of your room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast with various options. Overall, a nice stay!

A great gem near St Moritz and Bernina Express

Sweet smell of wax when entering the place, sauna, restaurant with excellent pizza nearby, floor heating, and little chocolate. Breakfast very good. Excellent location right next to the train station

As with any place in Switzerland, Riccardo's restaurant isn't cheap, but the pizzas we had were worth it.

Location directly at the station and the start of the Loipe / Nordic Center. Restaurant/Pizzeria on site.

Hotel knew the shower door was missing and regardless sold us that room with no alternative the first night. They also did not tell us on arrival and we had to notice when we wanted to shower; '' ýou can always use the Sauna ''. No doscount for the inconvenience.

Always our first choice when we come to the upper Engadine.

We have been coming to this small hotel for over forty years and have never been disappointed. Quality of service and facilities has always been very good to excellent, prices are reasonable, rooms are nice and clean, complementary breakfast is superb and having an excellent restaurant / pizzeria in house means you don't have to go anywhere else in the evenings. Being right across from the train station (which is not overly busy) is always a major draw for us. You simply don't need a car to get around from here.

rooms tend to be too warm for our liking, with limited ability to adjust.

Great place to stay, especially if coming and going from train station

Very close to train station, very clean, friendly and accommodating staff, loved the sound of the river at night, and bonus of free transfer on bus and short train rides, as well as the funicular. Would definitely stay again!
