Clean, comfortable, and a great location!

It is a beautiful hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are clean, spacious and have balconies with great views. Excellent bathrooms. Hotel has many excellent amenities we didn’t have time to use. We did get to do the chair lift up the mountain which was a short walk right behind the hotel. We will definitely return for a longer stay!

One night stopover on Bernina express

Beautiful views and very helpful friendly staff. Lovely big and clean room and comfy beds. Nice breakfast but dining room bit bland and clinical. Typical of a largish hotel.

No tea and coffee in the room unusual these days. Location up a steep hill . Probably best to get a bus if you have much luggage. Pontresina itself seemed very expensive to us.

Great hotel in a wonderful area.

This is a spacious hotel - our rooms were large, lots of space to unpack. Wonderful views of the valleys and mountains in Upper Engadine. The restaurant also very spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel gives transportation passes after a 2-day stay. We went to Diavolezza, numerous times to Muotta Muragl. All the busses leave from the Post Office, a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is on the main street, with all the restaurants within easy walking distance. Worth going to Diavolezza lift to look at all the 4000 m. peaks across the great glaciers. Pontresina is a quiet town, there were no package holiday tourists.

Can't think of anything. We would love tor return to Pontresina and Hotel Schweizerhof.

One of the waitresses on an evening was very in a rush a slightly rude but ended to be nice so we forgot. We will never understand why we have to pay CHF for tap water.

It was in a good location. It was attractive and clean, and the front desk was helpful.

The bathroom was very small, the shower curtain was ridiculously high, there was no heat control in the room.

Good Location, Beautiful view from the room, good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Very friendly and efficiënt lady who served dinner/managed the restaurant! Parking in the garage of the hotel.

A shower in the bath tub with a curtain. If they change this for a normal shower then this hotel is a full 10!!!!

We had a very good stay and would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were generally helpful and the breakfast was lovely. The parking was very practical too.

The fan in our bathroom did not work. Breakfast should ideally be offered a bit earlier especially in summer.
