Great personalized sweet greetings. Helpful staff. Nice pool. Tasty and differentiated breakfast. Hotel taxi - took us when when needed to Pontresina on time for free. Open interior kids playground.
Top floor without AC may be problematic during heat days. Missing bathrobe for one perosn (staff fixed it quickly after a phone call). Despite the entire apartment was fully renovated and modern-looking, it definitely misses ceiling lighting in the sofa and table area. However, these are really small issues, didn't affect our stay badly really.

The staff is exceptional, everyone at the hotel was super kind and attentive. On our second day every staff member at the hotel knew which room we’re staying in for example. The food at the restaurant is great too!
We booked a room for four people (two adults and two kids). The room we got was a spacious double room with two folding beds added in - which made it no longer spacious at all. In fact it was so cramped that you’d have to pick between not being to go between two beds and not being able to open the balcony. I think the hotel should not offer this option at all.
