a great choice for a quiet stay in pontresina

I loved the friendliness of the staff especially manager who greeted us with big smile and gave us tips for our stay.

the quality of pillow as it was not profiled and not sure if they have a pillow menu as nobody mentioned and the spa, pool, area was only open until 8pm.

Great place. And was happy to have picked Pontresina rather that St. Moritz. Love the small town.

Loved the spa and the breakfast. Rooms were spacious with lots of storage for luggage and nice places to sit. Bed was comfortable and balcony was a good place to relax and watch the town. Restaurant is great too. The trout was excellent! Library was very cute.

Great hotel and great walking!

Modern and stylish. Wonderful staff. Reception staff were excellent at helping us plan our walks (walking is stunning in this location in summer) and the service in the restaurant was immaculate.

It is very well insulated so rooms are a little warm when it’s hot.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La colazione, pranzo e cena eccellenti! . Si sente la qualità e la cura che ci mettono nel preparare tutto, dalla pasta fatta in casa, al ragù, alla marmellata di mandarino, black angus eccezionale. Al pari dei nostri buonissimi ristoranti italiani! Bellissima anche la stanza, minimal, nuova, grande e super pulita. Hotel completamente nuovo. Anche la spa è molto bella, completa di tutto. C’è anche uno spazio comune per ogni piano delle camere dove si può liberamente prendere acqua, fare tisane e caffè di ogni gusto. Pochi hotel come questo. É già la seconda volta che torniamo e ormai lo faremo ogni anno. Il proprietario è sempre presente, ti saluta al check in e al check out personalmente e viene sempre a chiedere se sia tutto ok durante i pasti. Anche i camerieri sono molto bravi, attenti e

Modernes Hotel ohne "Alpenchic" und trotzdem gemütlich und "bündnerisch"

Ausgesprochen feines, vielfältiges, frisches Frühstücksbuffet (und zusätzlich bestellbare Speisen). Schlafzimmer mit dem kleinen Nebenraum (in Arve) war grandios! Schöner Spa-Bereich, tolle Ruheräume.

Der Hauptessraum ist etwas eng bestuhlt und von der Atmosphäre her eher "kühl"

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende hier mit vielen grossen und kleinen Highlights: besondere Architektur und Gestaltung des Hauses und der Einrichtung, sehr feiner kleiner Spa-Bereich, Speisen und Getränke top, sehr aufmerksames aber unaufdringliches Personal, unkomplizierte Atmosphäre, die es einem leicht macht, sich wohl zu fühlen. dass ich ausgerechnet das einzige IV-Zimmer im Hause erwischt habe, was allerdings nichts negatives heisst. Gerne hätte ich als Architekt die Standard Nasszellen belegt.
