Fantastically accommodating staff, going out of their way with lift tickets, train and bus tickets, 3 restaurants, and a roomy suite with a great alpine view. Comfortable beds, and ample room in the suite for 2-3 people. All 3 restaurants were great (fondue, italian, and one of the best burgers in the Lounge area).

This was one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was superb, the staff were so friendly and helpful. This hotel pays so much attention to detail and it does not go unnoticed. The welcome drinks with the owners was so nice the first evening, and special shout out to the Spanish lady serving our drinks the day after Spain won the World Cup, she was as excited as I was! The bus/train pass was an added bonus as was the shuttle to the train station. I would LOVE to come back here, and cannot recommend enough!

The service was great all around. The food was excellent every day for breakfast as well as the on site restaurants. The owners (Walthers) were visible, approachable, friendly and engaged. Everything about the property was first rate, very high quality facilities, beautifully cared for and attentive staff. While all the folks at reception were very good, a special call out to Leonnie who was outstanding.
