This is admittedly a small detail, but a tea station outside the wellness area would make an already excellent experience truly perfect.

The hotel is very beautiful, tidy, and exceptionally clean, with a great location. I was welcomed with delicious cookies in the room, a small detail that makes a big difference. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having a shoehorn available, which shows real attention to guests comfort. A truly wonderful experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

the hotel itself is quite nice. they were very welcoming and extremely helpful in assisting us and picking us up from train station. they gifted us bread and cookies as well. the restaurant is very good if a bit pricey. breakfast was very good.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel, including the unusual balcony off of the (very spacious bathroom). We also had a wonderful dinner there.

Excellent service from all staff. Breakfast good, especially variety of tasty breads baked on premises at the bakery. Had two very tasty dinners in nicely renovated restaurant. Very comfy beds.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great rooms. Breakfast had self-made Birchlermüsli, selection of freshly prepared eggs or crepes as well as freshly pressed orange juice. We also enjoyed the sauna area.

the location is great, the brekfast is delicious and offers a great variety of choice, the room we were in was a tranquil oasis, calming, beautiful and super comfortable. the best part is the very personal service always with a smile and warmth.

We had A nice room in Arvenholz. The breakfast was exceptional.

It felt a bit understaffed at peak time at breakfast. But the staff was very helpful and did their best.

The staff was overall friendly, welcoming and professional. The food (both dinner & breakfast) was delicious. The location is fantastic. Because we had an early ski tour booked the staff prepared a yummy lunch package for us (still charged 8 EUR each) but since everything was closed already, we were pleased with such service.

We had the room with the mountain view which unfortunately was directly at the street. Although a quiet street, we did hear some cars in the early morning. We did get a parking spot but weren't aware that this cost 15 EUR per night. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know upfront.

Kleines Juwel und absolute Empfehlung~

Wirklich ganz toll geführtes kleines und sehr sauberes Hotel mit gelungenem Charme und sehr gepflegtem Charakter aus Alt und Neu! Wunderbar freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und auch die Lage (Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber, 2 Minuten zum Bahnhof, direkter Start diverser - auch Winter - Wanderwege und Freizeitmöglichkeiten vor Ort, Coop Mo-So geöffnet in 2 Minuten erreichbar usw.) sind als Ausgangspunkt diverser Aktivitäten das ganze Jahr über wirklich ideal und für Jung und Alt zu empfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet und Restaurant lassen ebenso keine Wünsche offen. Ich war schon in einigen Hotels und kann gar nicht verstehen, dass das Albris "nur" 3 Sterne hat! Ich werde auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen, habe mich selten in einem Hotel so wohl gefühlt.

Ich hatte während meines Aufenthaltes rein gar nichts auszusetzen.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage, regionaltypisch gestaltet, mit perfektem Bett und tollem Frühstück

Sehr bequemes Bett und bequeme Bettdecken, schönes Zimmer in Holz vertäfelt, Engadiner Haus, sehr gute Frühstücksqualität (man kann sich ein Ei dort im Wasserbad kochen, sehr gute Brötchen, Schinken und Käse in hervorragender Qualität), familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr nettes Personal, auch schnell lösungsorientiert bei meinem recht spät telefonisch gewünschten Check-in, Badezimmer ist gestalterisch nicht das allermodernste aber sauber und gut ausgestattet, Fenster vom Zimmer bot Blick in die Berge, vom Frühstücksraum und der Terrasse aus hat man auch schönen Bergview, sehr ruhig gelegen und doch per Bus super angebunden, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Wunderschön und hoffe bald wieder!

Top Betrieb! Einfach alles stimmte und war perfekt. Auf dem Zimmer war ein Tellerchen mit köstlichen Friandises. Kellner servierten stilvoll mit Kravatte. Top Niveau. Kulinarisch war das Frühstück jeden Tag eine Freude. Abendessen kann ebenfalls nur empfohlen werden.
