A budget friendly way to stay in this stunning area. We would stay here again.

Perfect location opposite the station and a bus stop. We had a good sized room with a washbasin. The shared bathroom was nearby. We opted for packed lunches and dinner each evening- these were good value and filling. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to travel around the area using the excellent local transport and as a bonus the hostel gives you a free travel pass which includes cable cars etc. A great area for hiking and for enjoying the wildflowers.

A wonderful place to stay in Pontresina.

Great location next to the station. Excellent dinners and breakfasts. Very good value. The hostel was extremely clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I needed to find a doctor on a Sunday and the staff rang around to find a doctor for me to see . The kitchen staff were also friendly and generous with servings.

Good budget option in Engadin

Great location directly across from the train station. There is also a bus to St Moritz right next to the train station (5.60 francs one way without any discounts). The hostel is clean and the rooms are a good size. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. There's also a nice common room with a refrigerator and microwave, as well as books and games. Dinner is a good deal, though there is a grocery store in town if you're looking for something cheaper that you can microwave. People of all ages in this hostel. Nice, friendly vibe.

Reception doesn't open until 4pm, so if you arrive before then you have to wait. There are lockers to store your luggage, though you need 2 swiss francs to lock the locker.

Convenient

Very convenient to train station and a small walk to village. Bed comfy but I wish they were assigned to you, might help stop randoms getting in the wrong one in the middle of the night.

Only one shower for the floor with at least 6 dorms rooms seems crazy. Small room for 3 bunks, felt crowded with luggage.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and truly make you feel welcome. Breakfast and dinner were of good quality There are lockers to store your luggage on the day of arrival and departure, so you can use these days for a nice outdoor activity as well. The Location is excellent, just across the railway station and the perfect starting point for a hike or bicycle ride.

Cozy hostel close to train

The location is quite handy if you plan to explore the area by train, especially that one gets the free travel card: it's just opposite the train station. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the food is very good (and pretty cheap - dinner option is really worth it), and sitting outside is very nice.

Few bathrooms per floor and quite small rooms: we were 3 people in quadruple room and it was already a crowd. Not a big disadvantage, just to mention, it is 10-15min walk uphill from the main village street with shops and restaurants.

Doors are a bit loud but it is a hostel so cannot expect too much in terms of noise.
