Staff tried hard to compensate but the hotel should have closed if they did not want bookings

The room we ended up in was a good size and had good facilities.

We were not in the b blamed hotel as this was closed we were next door. There was no heating the whole time we were there with minus temps outside. They gave us a fan heater but it was poor. There were no facilities open , food or drink; bar or breakfast. No management on site.

Very enjoyable short break in Blackpool

Very close to the sea front, in particular the Velvet Coaster Wetherspoons pub. Excellent value. Large fridge in the room . Friendly helpful staff especially Jayden who was committed to good customer service. Very good breakfast.

The radiators in the room weren't working but a portable heater was swiftly provided.

2nd visit to the Granville hotel. Very happy :)

Very friendly staff :) We were asked if we would like to shelter from rain as we dropped luggage into the hotel pre check in. We wanted to spend the day visiting attractions without bags. Superior suite was comfortable and spacious for 7. This includes kitchen area, fridge etc. Kids enjoyed games and arcade rooms. We were asked if we needed extra tea, coffee etc on 3rd day. I asked for a microwave (as pictured in advert) and was kindly provided with one. Upon leaving I asked if we could leave our luggage behind, so that we could enjoy another day of attractions (we don't drive) Of course the staff obliged! We returned several hours after check out to collect before our journey home. This was our 2nd visit and we will look forward to booking our 3rd in the future :)

Car parking was an issue due to guests leaving their vehicles in the reserved area without permission. No way to contact them to address situation. Manager ‘made’ a space for us and waived the fee

Short stay with young 5 kids. Recommend!

Easy process! Room clean and comfortable. Suited family of 7 nicely. Nice breakfast. Close to beach. Would recommend :) I just wish I had known you had a luggage room as pulled a camping trolley around the pleasure beach all day. I'd like to know if I can leave my luggage early morning if I visit again. As would be very useful. Hoping to be back soon :)

We really liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is a little worn, but exceptionally clean. The staff are very nice, friendly and welcoming. The en suite double room was basic but sufficient with a lovely comfy bed. There were lots of families and couples staying there and there is plenty of storage on the ground floor for baby buggies etc. We booked in advance to park our car at the rear of the building. The breakfast was lovely with a wide choice of fruits and cereals, but we opted for the full standard breakfast which came in a small size as well as other cooked choices. This is included in the price which makes the hotel even better value. It is also an excellent location being very close to the South Pier and the prom.

It seems to be three establishments in one which can make it a bit of a maze, but is ok once you get to know your way round, and it would be improved with some toilet facilities on the ground floor possibly near the bar.

Location was great and I cannot fault the staff or the breakfast.

It’s in desperate need of a deep clean. Stairwell and thick with dust and generally quite dated. Tv remote didn’t work and there was a hole in the wall next to the single bed in the family room.

Great staff but the place needs a revamp. A mini fridge would be great!

The room was fairly spacious, we were across the road from the sandcastle water park which I had booked for the kids.

A mini fridge in the room would have been perfect. Having to trek from one part of the hotel to the other just to use the communal fridge was tedious. Would have been nice to have a top up of clean towels daily. I thought that for £354 for three nights, was actually quite a lot as it’s more of a hostel than a hotel to be honest. Quite disappointed as I’ve stayed in a hotel close by with much better facilities in the room.

I loved how the hotel suited the kids with the arcade room and pool room! There was plenty other kids for my two to play with and there is a bar for the adults and it was a lovely hotel very relaxed and just really happy with it and the location too! Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Great little hotel that is super convenient for the amusment park

Great location for the theme park, Really comfortable beds, good bar and recreational areas, super super friendly staff, I would defiantly come again

Booked this hotel because it had parking, unfortunately it only has 4 spaces which were fully booked, in saying that there was a public car park nearby that was inexpensive for 24hrs parking, although I have put this in the did not like section it really was not an issue due to the closeness of the public car park
