Amazing stay from start to finish! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. At reception, everything was explained clearly and we were even escorted to our room, which was a lovely touch. Having a parking space available was also a big bonus.
The bar had a great atmosphere with decent prices, and the mini disco lights kept the kids entertained. Breakfast was exceptional — generous portions, plenty of choice, and everything tasted really good. The bonus pot of coffee was much appreciated :)
The kids were so happy to have proper quilts on the beds, and we all found the beds really comfortable. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and the mini fridge was another added bonus.
The location was perfect — only a 2-minute walk from South Pier, but still in a quiet area with no noise at night.
Would definitely book again!
Only downfall could not turn bedroom heater off so did become really warm.

Very spacious and the beds were absolutely as comfortable as you could get plenty of coffee, milk tea, and sugar
