    Location was ideal, we easily found free parking nearby. Used as a base for a day at the pleasure beach. We had an ensuite room with a seaview. Had some trepidation over the reviews about the deposit but that worked fine and we got our deposit back after departure. If people are going to steal remote controls and keys then I guess the hotel have to react to that. Would stay again. Thanks

    Location- good on the seafront. Inside the property, all the lights were off in the side rooms. Appeared not in use. Outside, looks like getting ready for Bonfire night already! Room, booked a double bed room,received a one double bed room. Though they show photos of them on their website. Raised this with the female blond haired receptionist who proceeded to tell me to stop shouting at her.....when she had an audience!! I never raised my voice and I knew exactly what she was doing. Once they left, she went back to "normal". She was very unhelpful, blamed the travel Co I booked it with, ie, Agoda and came up with no solutions. The room was small, the duvet had stains on it, the towels provided were worth at least 50p judging by the quality of them and they wanted a £60 cash deposit to cover any damage....more than what was worth in the room. Don't believe the photos they have on the website, was clearly in the days when it was run properly. Won't be returning, on the plus side, the parking exit was big enough to leave. Avoid.
