Location
Room and bathroom was pleasant and beds were comfortable.
The lift was broken.
Me and my partner had to carry our toddlers buggy and luggage up two flights of stairs.
I paid extra for a sea view room but the windows were excessively leaking cold in. regardless of the radiator being on the room was freezing.
We asked for extra blankets. The staff refused.
We asked for a heater for our room and was only found one on the basis that we had a 2 year old with us.

Staff was nice and polite.
Always good to see provided towels, soaps and coffee for morning.
We had a little challenge to get into the room, because of the door lock.
The room was non-smoking, but all hotel has a smell like everyone smoking indoor.
We stayed one night in the end of November and the room was super cold. The radiator was barely worm.
The mattress on double bed looks like fitted with bricks. Impossible to sleep in the middle of the bed.
The most ridiculous part was car park. It's £15 per car! Almost 1/3 of the room price.

Staff very friendly. Good for the money!
Lack of parking.

It was nice and clean, bed and bathroom, standard for what you pay.
You have to pay £60 cash deposit when you get there, I was unaware as I didn’t see the message I revived (20 mins before I got there) due to travelling, and parking is £10 which it states on here it is free.

Very good location. Easy check in and out. WiFi available.
We were by on third floor and no lift this can be off putting for some. It was a communal bathroom, it was a lot cleaner that expected however going the shower initally cold and hard to work. The hotel probably could be doing with small touch ups throughout the room and the carpet in the main hotel either changed or cleaned however our room itself was very clean.

Ideal location if your visiting Blackpool pleasure beach or thr sandcastle water park, it’s about a 30 min walk to Blackpool tower
Had to pay £60 on the day of check in as a deposit then on check out someone had to go and check the room for any damage, if room was ok you would have your money back, when I checked out there was about three other people checking out so this took time.

The beds were clean and the bathroom was clean.
room was tidy and looked like future was newish
bed was comfy
The appearance of the building and reception was dated and not welcoming
The attention to detail was poor, bits of paper stuck on the door to show the room number
windowsill in room had marks on it
windows were dirty
very dated hall ways
staff were ok but not overly welcoming or communicative

Right where we wanted to be clean comfortable lovely staff couldn’t ask for anything more thanks

I had a lovely 1 night stay with my 3 children . Staff were friendly, room was lovely and clean, cracking location on the sea front in between south and central pier. Tram stop near but also a nice walk up to the tower. If your looking for a very reasonably priced room only in Blackpool during half term then I would recommend this place for sure, if your looking for luxury then book in at the BVLD hotel - for 4 times the price.
Hotel advertises a bar however this is closed due to a 'technical issue'. Shame as looked nice with a pool table. Also advertises no parking but there is limited first come first served parking on the front at £10 per day.

Amazing hotel for the price clean and the fact they ahd the heating on in the bedroom was a big bonus as most places in blackpool leave the room cold and feel of damp but not this hotel the room was big comfy and we will deffo be staying again
Nothing tbf my only complaint would be id rather a bigger mug than the ones provided but thats easily fixed by either buying one or bringing one with cant beat a cuppa tea xx

Bathroom was ok but dusty.
Sheets were dirty, bed was hard, carpet was dirty, blinds broken. No privacy.
1.0 / 10.0
Bathroom was fresh but dusty & the bath plug had soap scum left round it. Hot water wasn’t running on the first night so left it until morning to try again and again after a few minutes of running it, still no hot running water. Complained and then we had hot running water.
Lady on reception seemed nice enough.
The single bed mattress was too big for its base, which had no feet or wheels to move it, it wasn’t connected to the headboard and had stained sheets.
The double bed base was caved in and the mattress was so thin every spring was felt. Sheets had stains. Headboard was not connected to bed base and every turn in the bed made the headboard bang. Pillows on both beds were out of shape and lumpy
Blinds only (no curtains) they were all broken and gaps right across. Some uneven from not all being the same length. Lacks privacy because of windows opposite from another hotel.
Hotel and rooms smelt like gas or some sort of solvent but couldn’t make out what it was.
Carpets were really dirty. There was also a rise in floorboards so the floor was lumpy. No wardrobe to hang clothes just draws.
Our elder son and his lady had a double room. Their blinds were roller blinds and all snapped and happy and could see into other rooms too. They had the same issue with hot running water until the complaint was made. Their carpet was dirty too. Clean bathroom but dusty too.
No bar as stated on the site.
£60 deposit in cash, had to ask for a receipt as one wasn’t available unless asked for.
States no parking but then charged £30 on top of the stay for a spot put the front. We were then blocked in and couldn’t use our car. We then also struggled to get the pram back into the boot of the car because of the car blocking us in.
Offers late check in and out on site but when we got there we were told no late checkout. We went down to reception 10 minutes to check out (10am) with key and remote and had to wait 25 minutes for the refund.
We would have travelled home the second night and left the hotel but I was too tired from lack of sleep from first night to travel home with a baby.
Nothing was offered for baby to sleep in either.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable and looked after and so friendly the actual room was amazing we went as a family and had a separate section to our daughter so we had our own privacy which was amazing the view was brilliant
Absolutely nothing wasn’t one single thing to complain about I’ve been to a lot of hotels in Blackpool but this was BY FAR our favourite we will definitely be using them from now on

Perfect location central to everything. Room was also a decent size. We got family room with a room separated for children. Was clean and comfortable
The reception man sleeping on sofa when I think he should of been awake and on duty. I went down at 5am and he was fast a sleep on the sofa in the foyer

Nothing the whole place was shocking
The room stunk of unrine, lift was out of order and I’m disabled yet they couldn’t accommodate me when putting me on the 3rd floor. So I had to leave the hotel book another room and they refused to give my money back. Even though I checked out within the first hour. So I paid for a room for nothing because they falsely advertised a working lift and then “ all the rooms where fully booked” so I had no choice but to leave.

Room was clean .sea view .,however windows were filthy outside so not a great view out .
Sharing bathroom. With everyone else that didn't have one in their room .although it was spotless ,just not convenient .staff realy quiet not very welcoming at all .They all looked unhappy ,one he fell asleep behind the desk one evening .lift out of order 3days and we were on the 3rd floor .not once did any staff engage with us ,the cleaning g lady actually shouted good morning on our way out ,that was it apart from checking in and out no conversation at all .

Lady on reception was really friendly!
I need to lose a few inches off the waist so i can sit on the toilet properly. Bit of a squeeze
3.0 / 10.0
The location was very close to the pleasure beach as well as rhe south pier where we tend to spend most of our time at when staying at blackpool which was ideal for us.
Receptionist was very pleasant though we didn't see any other staff besides the lady at the desk.
Where to start firstly.....I find it highly offensive when the guest is asked to pay a £60.00 deposit in case of damages when the quality and cleaning levels of our room was very very poor to the point we took photos just incase this was used as a reason not to get our deposit back (thankfully this was not the case come checking out) but we arrived had to park away from the hotel which wasnt too bad but was a pain to find a place. Got our keys and we went to the room in the hall leading to our room there was a terrible smell like old damp, our room number basically non existent so had to guess our room by counting down the hall. Went into room beds were made neatly and the lining was very clean though the cushions and throws are much to be desired as they seemed like they have never been washed, floors looked like they hadn't been hoovered along with dust on the chairs and tables that were so thick with dust my husband couple write a message on the table which he did...there was also sand right along one of the windowsills that looks like it had been there for a whole...there was no batteries in the remote control after giving us the remote at the desk. The bathroom was clean and tidy though the shower was terrible hardly any pressure along with it being cold on and off. The window which faces out to the front of the hotel in the bathroom was right side the toilet and although the window is blurred I could see outside the shapes of cars going by so I wouldnt like to know the view people walking by would see if im sitting using the toilet so a blind is most definitely needed. We paid extra to get a Seaview and was met with scaffolding outside our window so that was a waste of money. The beds although my sons had a fairly decent mattress on the single bed the bed which my husband and I shared was rough and could feel the mattress flatten right to the bed....very uncomfortable. Also could feel and hear the wind coming through the window so their is a hole somewhere

Clean room and the toilet was spotless.
Younger guests at the hotel were terrible. Fighting and slamming doors at early hours in the morning keeping us up most the night! Not the hotels fault and everything else was good apart from this.

Just not very well looked after . Bed was broken , didn’t think it was very clean

We had the best beach and pier view from our family room. The size of the rooms was perfect for my family of 5. Very clean rooms and private shower/bathroom.
Staff were very friendly. Great price and situated right on the main strip of blackpool. Highly recommend and would definitely book this hotel again
That i didnt book a longer stay

Its was the perfect distance to the pleasure beach.
The bed was very comfortable.
It was good value for money.
The deposit system slows down checking in and out.
The rooms were nice but not quite finished.
The water pressure for the showers were rubbish.

Clean beds
Noise levels on the evening through the night! Loud in the halls with other customers coming in late. Can hear every single noise. Walls are very thin, vibrations from doors closing and people walking up and down the halls. Lack of staff, but of a pain waiting for the room to be checked before check out with only one member of staff and lots of people waiting
9.0 / 10.0
Soft beds in the correct part of blackpool
The list of fines was scary and the deposit in cash threw us out abit as we don't normally have much cash on us, but I think it's a good idea because the last hotel we stopped at took 2 weeks to return our deposit
6.0 / 10.0
Room was good, Everything you need in the room, somewhere to rest your head!
Deposit and checking out made us feel uncomfortable but I understand why you need a £60 deposit!
