    Apart from being a little dated everything was great. The only downside was the pull out bed, it wasn't great but the staff, breakfast the evening entertainment was perfect for our one night stay 👌

    The hotel is right on the front so perfect location and not in the middle of all the chaos either. The building itself is lovely and we were greeted with a warm welcome. Unfortunately the booking was quite misleading. We booked for 3 adults and 1 child. One of the adults was our 15 year old son and the child is 11. We had been told it would be a room with a double bed and either another double or two singles. Instead we arrived to a sofa bed that is the width of slightly bigger than a single, definitely not a double. Our children didnt fit so we asked is there anyway of squeezing a single bed into the room and simply got a 'no'. Our youngest had to sleep on the floor on the sofa cushions. Can't imagine what it would've been like with a fully grown adult! The sofa bed also had a very thin mattress that dipped a lot in the middle. Breakfast was nice, however the service was quite chaotic. Lots of staff but no coordination. Lots of disgruntled guests which didnt make for a great atmosphere. Having said that, the staff were lovely as was the food. Good hotel, just needs to be clearer on beds when booking.

    Room was clean and tidy , only criticism was being on the 1st floor and above the ballroom the entertainment reverberated thro the floor if you were looking for an early night

    Had a lovely chilled out stay at this hotel it was our first stay.staff friendly.breakfast service a little slow and please change the coffee not the best tasting and the bottled water was charged for...
