Food was lovely, such good value for money. Staff were friendly and worked really hard to make your stay enjoyable.
Decor was dated, and the lift was not working, but it gave us chance to get our extra steps in.
It is a tired building but it is in a fantastic location, with sea views and beds were comfy and clean. What more can you ask from these very old buildings in Blackpool? There was great evening entertainment to enjoy whilst the children played safely in the games room. Would definitely stay again.

Although there were a few technical problems due to a problem with the electricity, all the staff were helpful & accommodating and were able to deal with all the difficulties that arose with cheerfulness & humour during our three night stay and we would certainly re visit this hotel again.
It was well situated for the tram and beach, so easy to get into town. Plus easy to reach from the train station when we arrived.
We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, which was welcoming in a pleasant environment.
The bar and restaurant were clean and well-organised
and the reception was always well-manned with friendly staff, always ready to answer questions to make our short stay more enjoyable.
A really good, holiday break.

After a bad start in Blackpool with the first hotel I booked Bernini closed down The Bluewater hotel couldn’t help us enough at 11pm at night when we finally found it had vacancy available, If your expecting the Hilton standard then you will be disappointed however the room we stayed in was clean and the beds was good had a great nights sleep, Yes the hotel does need a spruce up but it didn’t effect my stay.The staff was super friendly help and couldn’t do enough to help us Breakfast wasn’t included in are package but we paid for it in the morning was £9.50 and didn’t disappoint at all I was told it was a buffet breakfast but got down there and it was cooked to order massive plate full to much for me ingredients was good again the Chef even made extra French toast for us.
All in all 5 star review and we will be booking here again next year when we are back down for another Cheerleading comp
