Great stay.

Always a fab stay, good food and entertainment.

There was a fire door outside our room it kept banging whenever someone walked through it (even through the night) it could do with a soft close on it also pillows are hard and lumpy. Also maids were coming in the room before check out time.

Disappointed that no lunch included on a Saturday for price even sandwiches cakes etc also no artist until 9pm so should have done bingo or a quiz people want to stay in when it's all Inclusive so should have added the above

A definite winner

Love the all inclusive, never waited long for a drink food is fab. Staff were so friendly, cheerful and efficient. Entertainment was great although disappointed we couldn't get in the main room on 2nd night😢.

Rooms are a little dated as are the corridor areas.

The fact they had no dinner for us on a Saturday so they gave us a 5 pound voucher for lunch where the hell can you get a decent dinner for that in Blackpool Paying an extra 2 pound for selected drinks when you've already payed a fortune for all inclusive Not impressed at all

Bathrooms - toilets are far too near the bath leaving no room for movement, we are not big but it was uncomfortable. Need toilet brushes in bathrooms too.

Main evening meal was excellent.the afternoon snack meal has really gone down in choice.the tea machine is very poor.

The system of getting a seat for the entertainment after the evening meal needs organising.the price for a bingo dabbed at £1.50 is extortionate.The bedroom heat needs to be turned on earlier than 4pm in the cold weather

Breakfast and all the food was 5star as were the restaurant staff, the cleaners were very good but the reception staff need to go back to school to learn some manners

The room was very small for a seafront the mattress had seen better days so uncomfortable and the main thing was it was like a living in a freezer the amount of gaps around such a small window told reception they said they were fully booked there was nothing they could do well we would have been better off going home because myself and my husband came away with a bad chest infection

The food was exceptional. The entertainment was good . Parking and checkin/out good

No toilet on the ground floor. No pool available. Noise from the ballroom could be heard in our room. Poor dingy view from the window in the room.

Very clean, staff were really friendly considering how busy the hotel is. Comfortable rooms with no thrills, great sea views. Evening meals were good! Bathrooms are small if you are larger...

Great atmosphere

Room was spacious, food was delicious and the entertainment was fantastic.

One of the rooms in my party wanted to upgrade as they didn’t drink the things available from the bar in the all inclusive so wanted to upgrade. I was happy to do as the policy is that everyone has to in the group. However the third room in our group was an elderly couple who, due to medical reasons can’t drink. We all had to pay for them to upgrade so everyone could have a decent choice of alcohol. I understand why the policy is there but there should be exception when the only people who don’t want to upgrade is unable to actually drink alcohol as there was no other benefit to them upgrading.

2 of my party do not drink alcohol, but they had to pay for alcohol free lager when I could get alcoholic drinks for free. A little disappointing.

No toilets on the same level as where you eat and drink I know there is a lift to go to the toilet but it is very small not sustainable when the hotel is busy there is room to make toilets on ground level so why is this not being done. Also all the couches in the hotel are far too low for older guests
