The property was well located for our impromptu stay in Blackpool. Very well priced and just what we needed. The breakfast was very nice in the morning too and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

Property in very good location, lovely staff who sorted issues we had out very quickly, breakfast was lovely and bed was so comfortable
Had a couple of issues when first arrived with stains on bedding and a drawer that had an old takeaway container in with athletes foot power inside, no towels in room but the lovely staff sorted these minor issues out promptly, only other thing was tv signal was poor

I chose Brecks Hotel because of the reviews which complemented the host Mike and his breakfasts, I wasn't disappointed, Mike is a friendly bloke and was very welcoming on my arrival, the room was warm and comfortable.
I had an early train trip on the following morning and Mike was more than happy to make me breakfast earlier than usual. The breakfast was spot on with plenty of choices and a cracking cup of tea.
I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Blackpool.

It was close to the Gay village of Blackpool and 5 mins walk to the center
Cold room and light switch for Bathroom was above the door which I had trouble reaching at 5ft9.
