We come every year and enjoy the warm welcome issued by regulars and others staying there.
The beds were not so comfortable this year. Mattress very lumpy and could feel springs.

I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at the Mardi Gras for making our first ever visit to Blackpool so wonderful.
The accommodation was absolutely perfect for what we needed... a roof over our head and a bed to sleep on. And the added bonus, could get drunk and enjoy the Mardis Gras evening entertainment and stumble straight upstairs to our room.
We will absolutely be back again real soon. Cannot wait.
Only thing to comment on was the bathroom door hooks, 2 were already missing and unfortunately 1 snapped off during out visit, leaving only 1 hook for 3 towels. I did mention this to a member of the bar team.

I thought the location was superb although the hotel facilitated our needs great for the weekend and really enjoyed having the down stairs bar. I couldn’t hear any noise which was good.
The room is has to be a little bit of a let down I stayed and the second floor which was good enough for me. However the room was spacious the floorboards creaking which I get can be part of the bedroom. The bed was sufficient for us.
Bathroom was very much in need of a make over the toilet was leaking on the floor which had to be cleaned every few hours. While I went to seek staff it was hard to speak to them as the bar was really full .
Also there was a dead spider in the wardrobe that had been squashed in the doors mist had been there forever some time
