Perfect location for catching tram. Also plenty of on street parking in good area. The place was clean and pleasant. We had kettle and tea milk and bottles of water.
Was on second floor which was ok for one night.

Easy check in. Key pad entry. On street parking. Clean comfortable room. Good quiet location.
Not a major issue. But washbasin was in the bedroom with a separate shower and toilet in bathroom. Limiting space in bedroom. Not a problem for overnight stay.

The property was exceptionally clean & the single room I stayed in was adequate & very cosy.
The hosts were also very helpful & friendly & ensured I got a parking space outside which was really appreciated.
The only negative was not having an option of a breakfast.
