Perfect for what I need

Debbie and Adi are really lovely people, friendly and do everything to accomodate. I intended doing the parkrun one morning (it unfortunately got cancelled) and Debbie made up a takeaway breakfast for me. This was my second stay and I will be back again.

Really lovely place to stay and i'd definitely stay there again.

The hosts Debbie and Adi are lovely and make you feel very welcome. The cooked breakfast was fresh and lovely. The room was plenty big enough for the three of us with good sized beds. It was very clean, the beds were comfy and the room had a nice, clean bathroom with thick towels and a lovely hot shower. There was tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. The location is at the far end of Blackpool, away from the hustle, bustle and noise. There's no on-site parking but you can park for free on the road outside or nearby. It was somewhere i'd definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel

I always say cannot give 10/10 but this definitely is, We arrived extremely early, Debbie and Adi greeted us made us a drink whilst the room was being cleaned, allowing us in the room which smelt amazing, comfortable bed, gorgeous breakfast very clean hotel very friendly people,we enjoyed our stay

Fantastic hosts, wonderful stay

Debbie and Adi are the perfect hosts so friendly and welcoming. Location was fab away from the noise, lovely and peaceful. Our room was spotless, spacious, very comfortable beds and a lovely hot shower. Breakfast was delicious and we will without a doubt stay here again on our next visit to Blackpool. Will definitely be back

Host were very welcoming offering a hot drink as soon as we arrived after a long drive from Scotland. The area was quiet and we managed to get parked on the street just around the comer. The hotel was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent hosts, excellent location & delicious breakfasts.

The hosts, Debbie & Adi, were so welcoming and generous, not only with recommendations for places to eat & see but also their beach mats. Adi’s made to order breakfasts are delicious & as much coffee & juice as you can manage.

Double rooms are just a bit small for two people.

Quiet, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very good value

Quiet location north of the centre, close to tram stop with easy access to all attractions along the coast. Great breakfast freshly cooked to order. Reasonably priced bar Friendly and helpful hosts who clearly enjoyed looking after their guests Everything was spotlessly clean

Amazing hospitality!

Lovely room, super clean, really comfy bed. Nice and quiet away from the noise of central Blackpool but a lovely walk or easy tram ride along the prom into town. The highlight of the stay though was Debbie and Adi’s amazing hospitality and friendliness- nothing was too much trouble and it felt like a home away from home. We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic hosts

Everything was perfect. Debbie and Ady were fantastic hosts. We arrived later than planned due to the train being delayed, and Debbie was there at the door to greet us when we arrived and made us all a lovely cup of tea. The breakfast was amazing, and Ady made me a lovely poached egg. They went above and beyond and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, so we had a lovely sleep after being out celebrating my 40th and my sisters 50th. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we have all said we will definitely be back again.

Owner was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Very comfortable bed. Comprehensive and freshly cooked breakfast. Will definitely book again for next year's conference.

My 4th year at Blackpool and the best B&B I've stayed in.

Debbie and Adi are very friendly and keen to make sure everything is good with your stay. In particular they seem keen to make solo travellers feel welcome! In comparison to previous experiences the bathroom in particular was nicer (no creaking floors or dirty grouting!). Breakfast was also good as Debbie made me a large sized bowl of fruit both mornings; hot options were available, as was the usual cereal and toast. Being further from the centre of town it was quieter at night too, but location is good as it's very close to the shore, tram stop, and Co-op.

Homely parking was free 😀

Luke and Nye were excellent host. Beds so comfy pillows even better. Best nights sleep ever in blackpool and I've been coming for years. We will definitely be returning. They also offered complementary tea and toast very kind gesture. We were on the top floor room 7. With our granddaughter who loved it too. Was here for the air show. Absolutely amazing. Brilliant stay - highly recommended!

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The room and ensuite size were well over the usual expected size. Our room and the whole building was absolutely immaculate. We had everything we needed in our room - the hosts have thought about every tiny detail. We loved our stay. Thank you so much!
