Proximity to the centre and the train station. Accessible with pram. Local travel links. Good variety of entertainment had a comedian on. Bar tender Anna was amazing with our little boy. Can leave your suitcases while you go out on day of check in and departure. Staff friendly.
The wheeling of suitcases at 6.30am. Unsupervised kids in games room. Our room was opposite couldn’t open the window because all you could smell was smoke and it was warm in the room. The beds were so hard, asked staff if anything could be done about it was offered a topper which didn’t make any difference at all was so uncomfy. The evening entertainment room was extremely warm with windows that didn’t open, needs a general upgrade/ lick of paint. Breakfast area where cereal and toast is needs more lighting.

Great location staff friendly good options on food
Bathroom sink had a large crack, holes in the bathroom door and bedroom walls. Room was never cleaned fully in the mornings beds not made and cups not cleaned.
One in our party was gluten free and every morning we had to wait about ten minutes for his cereal or constantly ask staff.

Windows need replacing very noisy due to glass blown could do with a lick of paint and freshen up but overall good value for money

Good location as it’s a sea front
Needs a lot of work to update and repair, floor boards were very old and uneven, ceiling leaking, windows needing replaced, list goes on
