Was a brilliant stay apart from room staff were amazing

The room we stayed in 303 had scaffolding up a broken window and cracks on bathroom door

Do not stay

Run down, lots of damp. We paid for 2, 4 poster rooms, 1 room had a missing tv, half of the jets are broken in the jacuzzi. Both The rooms have damp. We didn’t raise any complaints because we just wanted to enjoy our stay. Staff are fantastic and a credit to the hotel. But … the hotel genuinely needs to be condemned.

Location and friendly staff. Good entertainment and decent evening meal and breakfast.

Complete lack of toiletries - not even soap! Like being in a Travelodge. Finishing touches all rather tired looking.

The staff very friendly and helpful at all times,the food was amazing,hotel situated on the prom close to tram stop ,or short walk to tower,entertainment daily throughout the day and into the evening,good value for money

Absolutely nothing

It is so out of date it's like it still in the 70s the carpets are worn out the furniture in our room had staines on it the kettle was dirty there was blood staines on the bed sheets The window wouldn't open The table cloth was dirty The food was poor All the flooring was uneven The walls were covered in damp The bed you could feel the springs in the mattrass It wasn't worth the money we paid that for sure

The entertainment was fabulous that’s what drew me to the hotel as I was taking my 82 year old mum

The price was too expensive the hotel was very dated and we booked a room with a shower. It wasn’t a shower it was like a shower head from the 1970s that you attach to the taps

This is nit picking but would have been good to have somewhere to charge devices. We forgot a plug but had the usb/usc leads there was nowhere to plug them in

Great like break away

Good access for people with mobility issues. You can use the back entrance (ground level) Asked for a low floor and was given ground floor 👍 Good food, and entertainment. Spacious room and bathroom. Value for money.

Bed a little hard for my liking. But I know you can't please all the people all of the time. It was very clean. So thumbs up really 👍 Room was a little hot, and got a bit stuffy.

Fantastic hotel for what we needed

The location of this hotel was perfect in Blackpool. It's right on the seafront with lovely views and it's a 5 minute walk from the city centre and all the main attractions. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best possible, and a big shout-out to staff member Peter who was funny and extremely helpful. The bar area was very spacious but we did not see any of the entertainment in the evening. The room was a nice size, bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good and the view from the room was fantastic.

This hotel is an old one and in ways it's lovely and rustic, but some areas do need attention. This did not however take away how fantastic this hotel is.

Nice clean break

The room was clean and warm with linen and towels spotless too. We really enjoyed the entertainment on both nights. All the staff were friendly and chatty with a not too much trouble attitude. Our room had a sea view and had been modernised, a nice douche shower with almost instant hot water.

Unfortunately the lift was small and only went to the third floor, we were on the fourth. It is an old building which must be challenging to maintain. The breakfast table arrangements were a bit quaint, we were not aware that tables had been allocated and we sat on someone's that "had that table all week" and had to move? Not a problem to us

Usually have a fantastic stay here at Tiffany's great location brilliant entertainment and rooms are usually fantastic

The family room this time was pokey, dirty windows looking out to a dirty bucket and scaffolding. The bathroom door looked like someone punched it and the shower head kept slipping down not what I'm used to at Tiffany's especially for the high price

Very disappointing.

The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The bar menu was good.

This property was absolutely filthy. The carpets are threadbare. The heating didn’t work. Very poor entertainment. My family room with sea view for a couple was very small. Couldn’t see the sea has the windows were filthy. So very disappointed.

Mattresses in the family room were so uncomfortable they definitely need replacing. Heating was on the whole time and we couldn’t control this in our room. Room was dusty and the water struggled to come out the sink taps.

Breakfast was hot and a good selection.

Unfortunately the weather was not kind. Storm Amy had hit and was battering the hotel as it is right on the front. Hotel was run down could do with a lick of paint. Wifi code was not provided although there may have been one. Booked a junior suite but there was water running down the walls and ceiling and the bed was wet. Most likely due to the storm. The bathroom sink had a crack in it and the bathroom was not clean. However the hotel moved us to a different room which was much better.

Terrific Tiffany's

I like everything about this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to cater for your every need. Bar staff exceptional, the compares are amazing and the whole nighttime experience is just lovely. We had our grandsons with us and they were impressed with the games room. Can't fault the hotel.

Reception staff and most other staff all polite and friendly. Entertainment excellent. Breakfast lovely. Room comfortable and clean

On one night in bar. My sister had 3 drinks. The fourth drink was charged at a much higher rate. When she asked bar man the reason he was very rude saying he doesn’t make the prices and if she’s not happy then make a complaint. This is an elderly lady who was served a house gin for most of the evening and then given a dearer last drink. She only asked why. No need for such a rude response in an aggressive manner. .

Blackpool bought back some good childhood memories. Room pokey, shower single couldn’t more without knocking door open

It was looking good from outside, maybe a little outdated. Indoors, looks were welcoming, nice size reception , however we were told our room would be up a couple of steps to get from the lift not 2-3 stairs as informed but more like 2 flights of stairs. No, went back to reception and complained and informed only twin available on ground floor, went to look at it, it was round the corner from the function room and could hear all music and songs, but wasn’t warned about it. Not happy!!! Only real good point was the food was outstanding, well done kitchen/waitress/waiter staff.

As above bed bit uncomfortable, some staff were putting on airs n graces, making me feel inferior. Drinks bit expensive but fair amount of choice.
