The room was lovely & spacious, the property was very clean & well maintained. Breakfast was superb, drinks at the bar very reasonable, Charlie & Mark were excellent hosts, friendly & knowledgeable about the area
The towels supplied were a bit small, would have preferred a bigger bed

The breakfast was made to order , hot and well cooked .
The room was very small and very hot. The advertised bar / lounge was not available to us as guests , though there were people in it . We were told we could get a drink and sit in the breakfast area . As Blackpool is not short of alternative bars , we declined .
