Perfect location for my needs and without a doubt the best place I’ve ever stayed in whilst visiting Blackpool, the hosts were very welcoming and friendly and the whole place was spotlessly clean that much I think you could have eaten breakfast of the floor, absolutely five stars!
No complaints whatsoever.

Very homely and warming. Ideal location and couldn’t find a fault in it if I tried. John and nick couldn’t have been more helpful. Really nice guys 😊👍

Very friendly, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and ideal location, 10 mins walk from North Pier.
Some doors slamming loudly, and creaky. Perhaps some slow closers and a bit of oil.
