The Manhattan Contactless Hotel by BET Stays

The location was really good as it was very close to the railway station and also within a short walk from the beach. You can see the sea as soon as you are on the street outside. Getting into the hotel and the room was fairly easy too.

The en-suite was a bit small but it did what it needed to do.

A good location and it was quiet at night. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable and there was tea, coffee and in the bathroom soap etc. The room was quite clean. It felt safe and secure at night. The communication team were very effective.

It was a small double room. It would be fine for one person but it was too small for two people. There was very little space between the bed and the window wall. There was a small wardrobe but no where to put a 2nd suitcase out of the way. Drawers were available with a tea set on it but no dressing/table. The bathroom was very small and the light was precariously wonky, also the bathroom door needed a good clean around the handle area. There was no host as referred to in reviews but a very good customer service team.

Very friendly hosts, good choice of breakfast, fantastic shower & lovely room all made for an accommodative experience.

Location was good. Bedding was clean.

The smell walking into the property was very over powering. No bar. Kettle water still in from previous guests. What I can describe as white powder on the cup tray hadn't been cleaned from previous guests. No staff around to help. Check in is 4pm. Previous still in rooms that should be talking down from old owners.
