Had a fantastic weekend yet again the only thing that disappointed me and the friends I travelled with was that our rooms where far appart when I had asked for rooms next to each other ..

Staff were really friendly. Location is great. Food was nice and the meal times were very well organised. My kids loved the swimming pool and children’s area.

Very aged room and bathroom needs some maintenance, shower temperature control was hanging off the tiles needs resealed. Windows were very steamed up paid for sea view however could barely see the sea for the amount of steam on the windows. Breakfast was okay and filled a hole however you would expect better for the price (if it was not included in the booking I would not of paid for it).

Nice stay will call again

The room we got was nice altho it had a bit of sad outlook at back of hotel saying that the room was fine beds were clean and really comfy, lots of hot water, entertainment was good and the breakfast was really nice plenty of choice, and well organized for a big hotel staff were great too very efficient

Room was abit cold, no heating on and drafty windows. 1st night very quiet, 2nd night unruly children running about and making noise after 11pm, very nosiey neighbours, slamming doors late at night and early next morning, shouting and just no respect for anyone else. Piece of Blackpool history a little sad around the edges

The staff are exceptional and the hotel oozes history. Kids club is a standout.

Let down by ripped chairs and old carpets and the sea view not possible through the condensed window pane. Needs some love.

Location was good if you want to use the tram to get about, breakfast was ok with a good choice.

Over priced for for the room we had, could hear people walking around in the room above, stack pipe in bathroom was also noisy and beds much too soft (personal thing of course) for our liking.

The food was exceptional - buffet breakfast really good quality buffet starters and desserts - lots to choose from main courses excellent choices and good quality again Rooms are little bit too warm but was provided with a fan as soon as we mentioned it. Better than freezing and it was September

Unaccompanied noisy children, in the bar next to reception, shrieking and running back and forth during the evening. No EarlGrey tea available in rooms or restaurant. 1st hotel I have stayed in that it wasn’t an option.

Good position near trams. Staff were nice. Nice entertainment and the swimming pool is great.

Needs tlc. Mold in corners in bathroom, rotten window frames, dirty carpets, door handle hanging off, hole in door. The place needs a full refurbished. I would give it a 2 star.

Felt safe even though I was alone as my husband was in hospital unexpectedly.

The shower curtain had mould and was splattered with blood and one of the towels also had a bloody stain on it. Food menu caters to the older generation mainly.
