Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff and breakfast was delish! Great value for money. We stayed with young children, they also have a games room which was handy. Very close to South Pier and pleasure beach.
The only downfall was no onsite parking, in saying this there was parking across the road on the streets or a secure car park for £15 for overnight.

Great pace just a few minutes walk from the beach,
The host was lovely and so helpful and welcomes us so well. This will definately be our go to place in blackpool now, lovely clean rooms, comfy beds, car park is yards away warm place, kids loved the play room 🥰 will definately be back

We visited it before and found staff are friendly and not far from beach
Radiator in room is not working and power cord in bath room snapped
