Stayed over with partner and son for sons birthday, we had a lovely stay, all slept very well!

Very clean, well laid out, little arcade for the kids and bar an pool table room for the adults! Very quiet area and parking onsite

Not my first stay, nor my last!

Very friendly welcome, neat little room. Close to the beach and to the club I visit. Clean bathroom and separate shower stall, kettle etc. Value for money for my needs.

TV a bit too high, screen image was distorted. Mattress a little tired. Minor points only.

Very pleasant

The room was lovely and clean, I didn’t like the fact there wasn’t a sink in bathroom.it was in the bedroom a bit inconvenient,other than that a nice place

Lovely stag and communal area absolutely rotten pit of a bedroom

Staff were lovely very likeable people and the bar and communal areas were very nice and well kept

The room we were given was absolutely awful, wallpaper peeling off the ceiling net curtains were black the floor was lifting up it was so bad we actually debated whether to stay or just drive home honestly if I could have had my money back I’d have left within a minute of seeing the room we all agreed it was the worst hotel room we’d ever had

Had a lovely 3 nights in Blackpool South pier side for a change.

Breakfast was lovely, staff were friendly, location was good. Enjoyed a few games of Pool & ice hockey with our grandson in the little games room.

Room was quite small, not much storage for 3 of us, but it was only 3 nights. Bathroom door didn't shut properly or lock. Skirtings need re painting, though it is the end of season. Our room was so hot even though we turned the radiator off, & the corridor to our room was even hotter, so uncomfortable. Our 18 year old granddaughter & her friend stayed in a different room which was even hotter, the radiator couldn't turn off so they gave them a fan.

The location of the hotel is excellent for the beach, south pier and the pleasure beach. Being able at the property was a must for me.

The hotel was a little shabby but it's Blackpool where everything is shabby. The timescale for breakfast was a little tight being just an hour between 8am and 9am.

Brilliant location, friendly staff, big room, comfy beds

Got there around 3pm and was greeted by a lovely gentlemen who showed us to our room. We were on the ground floor which was great as we had kids with us. We never used any of the facilities or had food there as we were out all day but the room was brilliant and the beds were so comfy. Location was great, right by the sandcastle waterpark, pleasure beach and south pier. The tower and central pier are within walking distance but you can get the tram or horse and carriage down if you wanted. Both children loved the room and asked can we come again 😄

Location is fab. Exactly where I like to stay when I visit Blackpool. It was nice inside and warm and cosy.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows for me felt rock solid. Also trying to make contact with the reception to arrange parking was absolutely terrible. I tried calling for hours and eventually gave up trying and booked one of the private car parks instead

Fantastic place to stay

The staff were very friendly. The facilities on offer were great. Small arcade and games room for the kids was brilliant. A lovely bar to have a drink if you wanted to. The rooms were lovely and clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had loads on offer. Located right at the entrance to the South pier and 2 minute walk to the Pleasure beach. Also directly across the road from a rooftop family bar and wetherspoons.

There was nothing I didn't like. Will be booking for all my future visits to Blackpool

Bedroom a little too small for a family as my older son was meant to come we would be a bit uncomfortable with 4 in the room. And a bit of help With discount when comes to parking as paid £30 for the weekend but had to leave by 12.

Noisy position loud music blasting till late at night Room hot no fan no air conditioning Very small for a family room Although it says on the description some rooms only accessible by stairs it doesn't give full details of 3 flights of very steep stairs to climb with luggage =near impossible access Being woken up at 0100 by drunken guest trying to get in property then coming down to breakfast and seeing then passed out in lounge area is not acceptable Mattress uncomfortable Toilet doesn't flush properly Front of property unkempt lots of food rubbish and empty beer cans cigarettes ends, dead pla nts Front room view laundry storage no blinds look unsightly Only given an hour 8 till 9 to have breakfast no other time options
