Loved the location. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Kept the property for guests only. Adult only made it nice and peaceful.
This is hard, would have been nice if they offered floor fans in the suites. A refrigerator in the suite would have been nice.

I loved everything about Aamori - Roberto, Andrea - the entire staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It’s a beautiful place situated on the beach in charming, laid back, bohemian San Agustinillo . The room, towels, beach chairs, dining were all exceptional. Lots of delicious places to walk to for dinner (as Aamori closes its kitchen at 5 pm). Easy access to neighboring beaches. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing, pampering getaway.
Nothing.

Liked Everything. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Clean. Great beach and ocean views. close access to other restaurants and beach pubs close by. Hotel restaurant food was great
Only thing that could be better would be complimentary coffee earlier in the morning would be nice for the early risers

Our stay at Aamori was fantastic. The room was large and comfortable with air conditioning, the hotel amenities were well taken care of and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was some of the best we had in the area. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and we saw whales from the breakfast balcony on our final morning. Couldn't have asked for more!
Our room was closest to the street and was a bit noisy from the road, but just a few meters away on the beach side was pristine and the hotel had many comfortable seating and lounging areas to enjoy.

I, especially, appreciated the kind, dedicated, friendly and hard working staff. We grew very fond of Roberto, Andrea, Rosario, Nato and all who worked at Casa Aamori. They were very attentive and devoted to providing an outstanding experience.
The wonderful expense of bench with both sunsets and sunrises was incredible. The waves are large right off the hotel, however there was a bay a 7 minute walk down the beach that was excellent for my daily swimming.
Having a coffee maker and small refrigerator in the room would have been a plus. However, with a restaurant on site, we managed just fine.

Gorgeous looking hotel right on the beach with direct access. Amazing staff - Roberto was attentive and the trio of women serving meals and drinks couldn’t do enough. It was clean, well maintained (contrary to one review I read but maybe it was out of season?) and in a good quiet spot away from the crowds further along the coast.
A few small things that could be improved for the cost which really broke our budget: the Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room (we were right at the front overlooking the street and maybe furthest away from the router) so we had to sit on the balcony or down at the restaurant/pool/sunbeds to be online. There was no fridge, kettle or coffee maker in the room and it was a really big room so plenty of room for a small set up.

Food and staff were amazing! Rooms were incredibly hot. We did use the air conditioning but it did not blow cool air.
Air conditioners and slates in windows repaired. It would be nice if the restaurant was open until 7-8pm.

The location, ambience, team and food were excellent.
Our ground floor room had been booked months in advance for a full week but were assigned the least nice seafront room. Not worth the extra price unless you get one of the other four seafront suites

It’s very hard to find a hotel with rustic/luxury. Add in the wonderful management. (Mr. Roberto) and his staff is why I have stayed 3 times.
Nothing really but with a hotel like this the owners could do some updating.

El Señor Roberto is the most wonderful Manager. Rosario and Andrea and everyone on the cleaning and cooking staff are absolutely fantastic. We have stayed here now 3 times and will continue to return to see our “family”. Mr. Roberto does everything in his power to maintain a five star hotel. This place is special because it is not modern and “high-tech” but rustic and authentic which you cannot recreate. Some people will not always appreciate this experience which is a shame. Food is delicious and service is prompt and so friendly. Everyone working here puts their heart into this property.

Loved the intimacy of this small boutique hotel with Bali style decor. Location is fantastic, staff wonderful, and bedrooms nicely sized.
Pool is a bit out dated looking, but well maintained and enjoyable. Ocean is literally steps away. Rooms are nicely sized and have a/c and a fan, assuring comfortable sleeping . Could have used a light blanket. Comfy beds and pillows. A bit dark and not enough light to read a book. I brought my kindle so that wasn’t a problem. Large towels, nice sheets.
I love a small hotel with its own style, and this one didn’t disappoint.

The staff were WONDERFUL! The food great, ambience too. There were a couple of limiting rules at the hotel but staff sooo accommodating!
Two things - the water in front of the hotel is quite scary with currents etc - it’s a shame not to be able to jump into the sea on hot days (and some were veryyy!). We had I think one of the most character-ful rooms but there was no bathroom door and an additional large ‘design’ hole between the bedroom & bathroom - not very romantic 😉🙈. If that was resolved would be perfect!

needs maintenance and the AC made a terrible noise . the rooms are very dark and need proper ventilation
the food is expensive and not good, many places around with much better quality

it was clean and well located
the manager Guillermo was very rude, he was very innapropiate with his comments and behavior
the service was terrible it took hours to get q drink or food
there was construction work going close to the hotel and there was noise since 7 am and the manager didn’t wanted to discount or do anything for us
there was nobody to open the door at night nor security
the only good thing was the quality of the food

Nice pool, nice ladies at the bar, beautiful clean place directly on the beach with a pretty pool
When we arrived at 7PM there was nobody but a guy looking quite confused that we arrived. No real check in just keys there you go. Room was directly on the street and quite noisy. No atmosphere at all. If you're looking for a quiet but expensive place go there.

The location on the beach with a great pool, the staff, the food at the restaurant, and the overall value for staying at a location like this. The property is super cute yet Mexico rustic. The manager is super helpful, personable, and very accommodating to their guests. Walking distance to everything you need. Another great stay for us at Casa Aamori. Thanks again…..Joel and Bonnie from Canada 🇨🇦
Restaurant closes at 5…only wished it was open for supper….selfishly because the food was great. But I also understand why it’s closed with such a small guest numbers.

Great location, great view.
Communication regarding expectations and "rules" that at times seem to on the fly. Great hotel with potential yet the room had faulty electrical issues, and smells coming from the drainage ducts in the restroom. This hotel has great potential if they make the guest feel like they are the priority and not the hotel itself or management.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a calmer area of Mazunte, not directly in the center of this cute hippie village. The staff is amazing, the Manager welcomed us so warmly. Everybody is so friendly and wants to make this time amazing for you. we have not experienced such hospitality in a lot of places. The terrace and lounge area is amazing, direct view on the beach. we have slept in a room to the street, but the area is rather quiet at night. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, for dinner you find some cute places in walking distance (5 min). we recommend El Navegante!

Beautiful accommodation in a stunning setting.
Restaurant food was average.
Be warned the ocean directly in front of the property is really rather dangerous for swimming.

Beautiful decoration of the rooms, very friendly and arranging staff, amazing location right on the stunning beach, quiet atmosphere and nice restaurant too in the hotel. Would definitely come again!
All very good - The restaurant's food prices are quite high for the region, but food is good.

staff was amazing and location was right on the beach- could not have asked for better location - sounds of waves at night were incredible
We had an issue with our room that came up a couple times but the staff worked very hard to fix this - quite expensive compared to things in the area but great time

The hotel is wonderful. Beach is just right in front of the hotel... Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Well located in San Agustinillo. Quiet and peaceful. Above all, all the staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks Pablo for your constant kindness. And Andrea and all the staff in the kitchen: muchas gracias por todos, to have help us in catching the colectivo bus. ;-)
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
