We absolutely loved this place and would stay here again for sure! The staff was incredible. They made us feel like family. Aldo makes the absolute BEST drinks, the view and ambiance are incredible, we enjoyed the warm hospitality and mingling with other guests which the hotel highly encourages. My friend and I both agreed we would absolutely come back and stay here again :)

Only thing I would have changed would have been the water pressure in the shower and ability to get hot water. That was a little bit challenging at times.

The staff was friendly, warm, welcoming and flexible! Great people. The location is unbeatable with the infinity pool, access to the beach, walkable to Mazunte and San Agostinillo and the views were spectacular from our room. Mason, Chuie and the team were incredible!

Not quite 5 star but a pleasant stay nonetheless

The view is 10/10 and the staff are lovely.

This was by no means a bad stay but feels more like a 3 or 4 star hotel. For a 5 star you expect close to perfection, but in our case the WiFi didn't work in our room, the room itself was a little tired looking, the food was ok and the tiling in the pool is falling off. We were also asked 3 separate times to prove we were staying in the hotel and show our key. If this wasn't rated 5 star I wouldn't have minded as much but it's hard not to feel disappointed.

I sent an email asking if it was possible to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel, I got a reply from the hotel asking for details about my flight, I sent my flight information and never heard anything back from them again :/

Heaven in Mazunte

Our stay was amazing, the view is stunning and this place is a truly little peaceful paradise. We recharged and enjoy the swimming pool view and the private access to head to the beach 2min down the hotel. More important than all of this is the owner Anne, she is such a good human and welcomed us with a lot of kindness. Beautiful place, amazing vibes. Can only recommend.

Vi utvidet faktisk oppholdet vårt her og ble en hel uke! Stedet er fantastisk og personalet er faktisk enda mer fantastisk! Koseligere betjening skal du virkelig lete lenge etter. Det føles virkelig ut som om de bryr seg om deg og vil ditt aller beste oppholdet. Kjempegod frokost, lunsj og snack! Drinkene er også utrolig gode! Stedet har også det som er nødt til å være den beste utsikten i Mazunte! Vi ble enormt glade i både stedet og personalet! De har også verdens søteste hunder! Rommet vårt hadde alt vi trengte og en nydelig balkong! Vi drømmer om å dra tilbake!

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. La vue est à couper le souffle. On ne peut s’empêcher de regarder ce paysage incroyable. Nous avons rencontré Anne, la propriétaire, qui est charmante et qui nous a partagé de nombreuses histoires sur sa vie au Mexique.
