Mosquitoes were definitely an issue. It would be very helpful if there were screens on the room windows as they were in the room and entered through the opening in the mosquito net some nights. My partner woke up many mornings with mosquito bites. The last night there was the worst and I had them all over my feet.

Fab little hotel, with a great friendly team who could not have done anything more for me during my stay!

The location is amazing - right on the beach with your own sun loungers & umbrellas to use free of charge. The hotel is relatively new so the team are working very hard to put this place on the map - the small boutique vibe is perfect for solo or couple travellers. The rooms are spacious & new, with fans & the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. It has a great little restaurant on the beach & super attentive staff, who always offer ice cold water or coffee (and tequila shots if you want one!) throughout the day. Rooms were turned over daily which is great. The team helped me find local bike rentals, called me my departing taxi & generally were on hand whenever I needed. The deep fried shrimp tacos are a must. It was the Perfect place to do nothing & totally switch off.

It can be a little noisy at night - but that’s due to the proximity to the road really. Hard to avoid if you want a beach front stay in St.A.

A little slice of paradise in San Agustinillo’s pristine beach, do yourself a favor and book this place!

You wake up to paradise with all of the amenities you need to have a pleasant stay. The hotel was well kept, the rooms were spacious and bohochic without having to try too hard. The bathroom water pressure was good, the bed was comfortable, there was a mosquito net above the bed so avoid bugs bothering you while you slept. Closet and space to put your things, a small personal back lounge area, and a small desk. Nice real plants as touches to the room

Everything was great! I have zero complains other than I should’ve planned to stay longer here while in oaxaca.

A Very peaceful and happy place

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They let me stay in my room as long as I needed on my last day. I felt very happy there. Right on the beach and I could see the sea from my room. Very easy going and relaxed atmosphere

La gentillesse du personnel, le calme, l'accès direct la plage, la possibilité de manger sur place, la propreté, la grandeur de la chambre, la sortie en bateau pour voir dauphins tortues et baleines. Tout était très bien pour un séjour balnéaire.

Non si può descrivere sufficientemente bene quanto siamo stati bene al Gatto Rosso. L’ospitalità di Carlos e di tutto il team in ogni momento è stato qualcosa che ha superato ogni aspettativa. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come parte finale di un viaggio lungo, alla scoperta delle meraviglie di questo grande paese e qui abbiamo trovato casa. Una location incantevole, la gentilezza incredibile, la professionalità, l’Accoglienza con la A maiuscola, sono quello di cui ogni viaggiatore ha bisogno e qui si troverà. Un giorno siamo stati anche accolti alla piscina della Casa las almas, un altro hotel della azienda situato sulla collina, in un posto magico con piscina infinity, silenzio, vista spettacolare e un altro bar che fa cocktail magnifici. Il livello del servizio è alto, pulizia, un menu piccolo ma delizioso, è un margarita di mezcal indimenticabile. Cos’altro dire? Ci sentiamo fortunati per aver scoperto questo gioiello a pochi mesi dalla sua apertura e auguriamo a Carlos (Charlie) e a tutto il team il meglio in questo angolo di paradiso. Il nostro è solo un ARRIVEDERCI, AMORE!

Atención personal, confort y seguridad en ambiente relajado.

La atención cálida y eficiente del personal. La estética del hotel y las habitaciones. La ubicación enfrente a la playa, el magnifico servicio de bar y restaurant en las tarde/noche. La cercanía con otras playas como Mazunte y Zipolite.

Durante nuestra estancia hubo problemas de señal de Internet que supimos afectaba al área de San Agustinillo.
