It was good, but I expected better for the price

The view was nice. The lack of elevators was a problem . Also the lack of screens on the windows. Because of this I had to use a/C all the time. Too many stairs everywhere. The potholes by the entrance made it difficult to get into the property

the location is great with a beautiful bay nearby to swim and gorgeous views over the ocean. the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. the restaurant is good for breakfast. did not use it a night. we went to town

there is no elevator and the rooms are high up the hill. it is not clearly marked where you should check in and where you should park. these are two different locations. they do not reach out to warn you about route 200 that suffers from major delays and massive construction after Pochutla. it takes 3 hours to drive 30 km and is not to be taken lightly.

Pretty location.

Beautiful ocean view. Very comfy bed. Good restaurant for breakfast and dinner - room service also good. Lovely staff. 5 min walk to sandy beach which was lovely with shells and coral and easy swimming.

Air con unit was very noisy. However we used it to cool the room then switched it off and used the ceiling fan and felt comfortable. Bring ear plugs if you like!

The restaurant was very good. The pool was in a great location. The stairs beware. Be sure if you have luggage that you ask for a bottom room. The check-in is on top of a hill. The highest point of the hotel. It makes no sense. So it’s a good climb just to check in and out. They did have someone check us out at the bottom. That was super nice. I had no cold water in my shower. So other than that. It was worth the money.

Beautiful place and great value

A beautiful location which feels and is hidden away. The room was spacious and fresh, with a view of the ocean. The hotel bar too had a lovely vista. Great value for a spot like that.

You need a car or taxi to get to "downtown" Huatulco.

Great seaside hotel close to Arrocito beach.

We loved being “on” the sea to watch whales from our balcony! The staff were great and the restaurant was very good!

We liked everything- but should note for others- there are a lot of stairs for those who may have mobility issues.

The pool that over looks the ocean, ocean view rooms, real quiet, not busy at all since it’s out of town , great breakfast that was included that also over looks the ocean , 5 min drive to two great beaches and 10 min drive to the town centre , nice lighted walkway to the ocean ,

The road from hwy 200 to the resort has alot of potholes , had to swerve around them when driving , they only gave you two bottles of water in the room, so you have refill your water bottle at the restaurant

Loved the stunning view of the ocean! Saw multiple pods of whales from our room and the restaurant. The food and price at the restaurant was amazing, as well as the staff. We absolutely loved our stay here and would come back again

Great place to stay, a little secluded from town.

The hotel has beautiful views of the pacific and 2 nice pools. Restaurant with great food, a little expensive, but convenient. Best part is that Playa Arrocito is a short walk away and it's beautiful with very calm waters and great food served on the beach. Wasn't packed the 3 days I visited, other beaches get too packed.

Too far from town, have to get a taxi for everything, since everything is far.

I want my money back

Horrible place, wasps nests everywere, too small pool, 2 hours to make the check in even when I call and told them im coming and I already payed online, because nobody wanted to work at 3pm, they were there and said the shift was changing so a line of 5 was ahead of me, because he wasn't doing any more check ins.

I went to have breakfast early at 7.30am because my plane was in the morning so I have to check out at 9am, but the waiter was rude, he said they just open and they are going to take 30 min to make my eggs. No water in the bathroom to wash hands or unload the toilet, that was disgusting. To take a shower there is only cold water.

Overall, not a great value for the price.

Location and view

No elevator with too many stairs. TERRIBLE wifi and no cell phone service at this particular location. TV only had a few channels with low picture quality and no Netflix or any other streaming service. Check out process is HIGHLY inconvenient. They hold you hostage and you must climb up steep stairs to the lobby as they do not let you leave until someone has checked your room for damage or theft. It felt like we were under constant surveillance by the staff.

I didn’t enjoy the check out process , it was very inconvenient. Having to go all the way up to check out, wait for the room to be checked and then being given an exit pass. Especially for those whom are disabled or travelling with kids it was inconvenient

very dissatisfied with our stay.

Location was nice, and facilities were clean.

Staff was very welcoming during check in but less so during check out. They did an unusual inspection of our rooms before we could check out and claimed we stained a pillow case. They wanted 200 pesos for compensation. We wouldn’t pay as it seemed very much a “shake down” Highly disappointed and will not return or recommend this hotel.

I loved seeing the dolphins and whales playing in the morning! The restaurant & staff was lovely! Great views from room and pool and restaurant.

Definitely the strictest place I’ve stayed in all of Mexico. Even tho I understand Spanish very well, this was the first place I felt I was treated differently because my speaking is rusty. I happen to go for a holiday weekend so it was very noisy. if you’re sensitive to sound , definitely bring ear plugs and don’t go for a holiday! the walls are very thin! I think for the price point I was a bit disappointed in my overall experience. On the listing it said bathtubs and breakfast included. neither were the case and that was very disappointing because the listing clearly states both.

What a great hotel, newly renovated, looks amazing! Our view was stunning. The staff are very friendly and super accommodating. The restaurant is lovely and makes a great Caesar salad. Our room was very comfortable and so was the bed. Shower was great and water was hot,. Pools were lovely. We would recommend people staying here for more of an all-inclusive vacation

Honestly, the only thing that wasn't to our liking but not a big problem was it is not a walking area. Meaning you have to take a cab, but, they are not expensive. Overall a wonderful experience.

I enjoyed my stay but would not stay again unless room was better equiped

breakfast was good and the views were great. room was good size and view was great. staff was excellent it was very quiet. pool was ok but no shade. restaurant was nice.

umbrellas for the pool for shade. need small table and chairs for kitchen area. need utensils, plates, glasses, toaster would be great. all this stuff should be available if we are paying for a junior suite.
