Disappointing.

The view. That’s pretty much it.

Rooms were full of bugs (had to get rid of two scorpions, countless ants and spiders). The WiFi was pretty much non-functional 95% of the time. There was no mention of the 200+ stairs needed to climb to get to the place.

Relaxing and Peaceful

It is located up ten flights of stairs. I am young and fit so I didn’t mind this at all. It was worth it for the view. I enjoyed watching sunsets at the pool. The staff was very friendly and they helped with everything we needed. The internet was fast enough that I was able to get all my work done! It was very clean and peaceful place to spend a vacation. The outdoor cat kept us company all week; which I really enjoyed.

The kitchen was mostly well-equipped however it was missing a pot. The room required cleaning nearly every day due to the nature taking over the outdoor kitchen (ants mostly). The staff was very attentive to the cleaning, it was just a bit annoying because I could have spent my whole vacation at the place, if it weren’t for having to leave for the cleaners. But, I understand why it needed to be done so often with the relentless kitchen ants. Overall; this place is beautiful and ants are a part of nature which you won’t be able to avoid by staying anywhere else in Mazunte.

Nice rooms. Great views. Manager very friendly and helpful. Wildlife. Setting in a forest. Beware; it’s rustic but in a nice way. It’s very quiet too.

The walk between the hotel and the centre is only 10-15 mins but it’s unlit. And the road surface is in terrible condition. Even though there’s not really anything to be scared of (I think anyway), it’s a bit spooky. Not helped by a cemetery halfway. I left hotel (and mazunte) a day early because of cash. Only a few places accept cards, and the cash points/atms don’t work. Advice: take lots of cash. Don’t assume you can get it there or pay with cards.

Magical accommodation

Lovely accommodation, very spacious and clean. There was a infinity pool looking out over the beach and the hills which was really beautiful! The staff was so lovely and friendly, would love to go here again!

Location was OK, but you had to climb quite a huge stairs to get to the accommodation. Also at night the road towards the accommodation was very dark.

The view, pool, food and the staff were all great.

Lack of A/C for the price, large amounts of ants in our room and on the property, no mention of several flights of stairs to access (not an issue for us personally but it should be mentioned for future guests with mobility issues). Only two shaded Sun beds near the pool with 8+ guests staying at the property. No wifi in our room.

Dont fall for this! It’s too expensive for what you get

The only “good” thing here is the pool.

It’s poorly taken care of. You must climb about 8 flights of stairs to get to the reception, it’s fairly inaccessible by foot from Mazunte. The staff is under qualified, unkind, not helpful. The rooms could be nice but they’re poorly taken care of.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was close to the beach and restaurants.

The power went out several times every night. The wife was terrible and due to the location, cell service was very spotty. Also there was no A/C in the room. They provided fans though.

The rooms have a very nice view, they are very well decorated and clean.

There is no hot water, you would expect for what they charge to have hot water or at least make mention of it on their description, I definitely would’ve booked another hotel if i knew this before they took my money. Also, they could use better signs of how to move around the property, it took us quite a bit to figure out where the entrance was.

Hotel mit schöner Ausstattung aber ziemlich teuer für das was anbietet

Das Hotel befindet sich in ein ziemlich gutes Ort, allerdings eine anstrengende und schlechte Straße führt hin. Es gibt bestimmte Zimmern die keines Meerblick haben. Zur Mazunte Strand braucht mann circa 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Ansonsten sauber und schön dekoriert.

Es war alles ein bisschen unpersönlich und ganz wenig Kontakt mit dem Personal. Das Frühstück ohne Liebe gemacht und richtig für die Qualität teuer! Wir haben Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht aber man konnte sehr schlecht das Meer sehen. Ich glaube wir werden nicht noch mal hin.

el diseño del hotel es muy bonito, la ubicación está excelente a 2 min de Punta Cometa, Brisa quien nos atendió fue súper atenta todo el tiempo, la vista de la alberca está increíble.

Tal vez podría mejorar aún más si tuvieran más botanas disponibles 🙂 en general todo bien

Hospedaje con vistas hermosas a la playa de mermejita

El hotel casa Mermejita es un hotel boutique que cuenta con una arquitectura inigualable , todas sus habitaciones son diferentes y están super cuidadas en la decoración. La habitación que nos quedamos tiene una vista hermosa hacia el playa de mermejita ,acaba de ser remodelada y ya cuenta con aire acondicionado que la hace aún más cómoda , la limpieza del lugar es excelente , las camas son super cómodas y los baños increíbles con un diseño muy particular. Las habitaciones están en contacto con la naturaleza , así que para los amantes de esta es fabuloso hospedarse en casa mermejita. También la atención del personal es muy buena. Recomiendo darse la oportunidad de hospedarse y conocer tan bello lugar.

Parfait pour décrocher

Superbe chambre près de la piscine - simple jolie et confortable - terrasse privée avec hamac et chaises de jardin - il faut savoir qu’il faut monter une centaine de marches pour accéder à hôtel mais ça vaut le coup. Un mini frigidaire serait bien.
