Location and price was good, but the room we got was terrible.

Location

The room they gave us was really bad. The first thing was that it did not look at all like the pictures. The second, it was really loud. It was near the entrance of the hotel, and the windows were really bad. We could hear everything from people getting in to people talking in the reception.

Such poor value for what it is. Great location and good breakfast but not once did the receptionist address us or even look at us when we would pass by. Very tiny room and sheets and bedding are very thin and poor quality/old. So very disappointing- please look elsewhere when there are SO MANY places to stay for this price. It was also so very very loud, from the noises at night, bars, street, parties and also the staff in the morning. Walks are thin! We stayed at another place our last few nights and it was exceptional in every way.

Very well localized

Bed sheets and towels dirty, although we told the front desk on the first day nothing changed during the next days. Change of sheets still with stains. Excessive noise at night (late night) from the terrace-bar. Is understandable as there are bars and parties around the hotel but it would be good to disclose this on the description, mainly for families. Lack of professionalism from the front desk.

The “suite” is next to the restaurant with music all day till late and you can not open window nor door as those go to the passage where all employees are coming and going to the room with cleaning products, towels etc

Breakfast was very simple - just scrambled eggs. No other choice.

Room had no chair no table no fridge no iron. One bottle of shampoo for two people. There was noise as they were working on the building so could not relax because of drilling going on all the time.

Unbelievable noise!

It was horribly noisy from 10 pm to 2 pm with pounding music from a club so loud that our wall were literally shaking! The hotel is mostly outdoor corridors so the sound travels. Then the hotel decided to do renovations starting at 8 am - it sounded like a dentist was drilling in our room!

I like the supportive staff. I want to early check-in but because the room is not available then help us to keep my language. and while check-out also helps to keep the language in a safe place.

Breakfast is a very limited and fixed option. If you don't like you have to order from the menu.

The position is the only advantage.

The window was communicating with the corridor and therefore we had no natural light coming in if we wanted to have privacy. The noise from outside corridor and bar upstairs was terrible and we could not sleep well.

the rooms were ugly, no windows, no rug at all anywhere in the room. lighting was horrible. one morning at 7:00am we experienced a lot of noise from staff dragging furniture in an upper floor.

Clean, nice bathroom, bathrobes, good location, relatively quiet, but potential for noise because there was only one big window that gave onto the hall/patio and if anyone was there talking ityou could hear everything.

You could hear EVERYTHING. Woken up every morning with loud noises and other guests, staff etc. The rooms smelt really bad and the beds were very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

Not a good place to rest and has the worst wifi ever

Location is perfect.

Where to start. The worst, for me, was not being able to rest. There's noise from the bar next door, no blackout windows, so you can see yellow light all night long. Wifi is THE WORST EVER. I traveled for work and it was a complete and total nightmare. Had to go to another place to get wifi just to check my email. There's no restaurant. People at front desk not very nice. Didn't mention you need to ask for invoice on arrival and refused to provide it later. Check in is 3pm and they don't even bother to check if there are rooms available. Don't come here.

El desayuno es muy básico, puede mejorarse. Sin invertir mucho. La ubicación excelente. Las habitaciones limpias, cómodas, baño limpio. Con todos los accesorios básicos requeridos. Por todo lo demás excelente. Atención súper Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

La habitación que nos tocó, quedaba abajo de la cocina. El ruido se escuchaba desde muy temprano y era molesto. Solo es esa habitación. Las demás no deben tener ningún problema.

La ubicación. Los chilaquiles del desayuno estaban ricos. El camarero del restaurante era muy simpático y agradable.

la habitación NO tiene ventana exterior. O mejor dicho (y peor todavía) tiene una de esas puerta/ventana que da... al pasillo del hotel, por lo que hay que tener la cortina siempre extendida para que desde afuera no te vean en la privacidad de tu habitación!! y si bien en muchos hoteles las ventanas no se abren, esta configuración hace que dentro esté siempre oscuro. No es una sensación agradable. Pensé que era la nuestra, pero luego vi que eran todas iguales. El desayuno es correcto, rico en sabor pero escaso. Además se sirve en la terraza y por la mañana está demasiado fresco como para comerlo de manera agradable.

La comida del restaurante. Según esto, era un muy buen desayuno, pero el que incluye no tiene proteína. Pedí pollo para los chilaquiles y cobraron $60 más y no me gustó nada.

Buenísima ubicación, su terraza es excelente, la habitación es amplia y bonita. La atención es muy buena de todo el personal y se esfuerzan en hacer una gran estancia.

El internet fallaba mucho en la habitación. El personal nos dio alternativas, pero sería maravilloso que alcanzara bien el wifi, pues necesitábamos trabajar.
