Heven is heaven.

Amazing view from pool and breakfast area. Pool is clothing optional. Owner and host Victor is extremely attentive and personable. He’s created an intimate and amazing space ((8 beautiful rooms). My wife and I were probably the only first timers there. Most guests book there long term stays months in advance and enjoy the magic year after year. No AC, but property doesn’t need it as it perfectly captures sea breezes. Breakfast was fantastic and varied every day of our 5 day stay. Staff is very sweet and efficient. If you want resort style amenities look elsewhere. If you want magic come here.

The time of my life in a villa that was majestic, clean, and simply to die for. Gorgeous!

So gorgeous- and we had it all to ourselves. Amazing breakfast each morning and it was a different Mexican specialty each time. The vistas from the pool and every balcony were incredible. The property was clean and the amenities were perfect. The host was so warm and accommodating to any of our needs. Highly recommend

The only downside was the amount of stairs to get there- was not a problem for me but others in my group lost motivation to go to the beach because of the climb. Also it was muggy so having another fan in my room could have helped but I also didn’t ask and I’m sure the host would have provided.

A Wonderful Naturist Guesthouse with Gorgeous Views

Heven Guesthouse is absolutely beautiful , the design is stunning, the views are incredible, and the garden is a lush, peaceful retreat. The host was welcoming and kind, and the overall vibe is serene and relaxing. It’s a naturist environment, which adds to the sense of freedom and openness for those comfortable with that.

An un pretentious dream like place for a joyful stay

The guest house is beautiful the breakfast was good and Victor is a great host.

We stayed in an appartement with two rooms in the lower part r the complex. The appartement was nice but the views of the rooms (particularly one) was to a very close walk that made it very dark. We also felt that being so low in the property and a big humid because of the rainy season, the room had more mosquitos.

Such a beautiful, peaceful oasis in Zipolite. Slept so well. Enjoyed the views from the pool and the breakfast each morning. The walk down to the beach was easy and was very grateful for the use of the parasol for my stay. Dream stay.

all properties along the way down to the beach should invest some money to put some lighting ( maybe solar ) that would provide a safer feeling for pedestrians , anyway flashlights were provided.

First time I ever tipped 40% on a lodging bill

Gracious, warm, Euro style guest house. Not a hotel. Perfectly distant from the noise in town, and beautiful grounds and views. There's so much more; I wouldn't have changed a thing. Already plotting my return asap. Be sure to budget for a big tip to the small staff. They deserve it.

My partner Theo and I always enjoy our stay at Heven. It's the perfect blend of rustic charm and sophisticated extravagance. The view from the pool can't be beat. The staff is attentive and always gets to the bottom of any issue we may have even when language is a barrier. Victor, the owner, is usually around and ready to assist with any recommendations we needed during our stay. He's very kind, accommodating and very cool to hang out with by the pool on lazy afternoons. The breakfast is also very good and varies day to day. Don't second guess yourself, book now!

The lack of air conditioning at night coupled with the air/altitude did a number on my sinuses, but that was improved with some nighttime cold medicine.

Our stay at Heven was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was communicative, responsive, and helped with all of our needs from laundry to transportation arrangements. Victor in particular was a joy to get to know! His recommendations for restaurants in town came in great handy during our stay here. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Mexico yet. What may seem like a hike to get to at first ended up being a nice refuge away from the hustle and noise of the main strip of Zipolite. The beach was lovely and a nice 10 minute walk away. The views were incredible and the pool was a much needed respite after spending all day in the sun. All in all, we couldn’t recommend Heven enough. Stay here — it’ll be the best decision you make on your vacation.
