Pure luxury

Pure luxury in a Pueblo magico. We loved the design and the size of our place. We loved the hostess with the mostess, Lisbeth. She was so welcoming and generous when we arrived. Our cabana had the most gorgeous view and a pool right in front that my daughter loved. The bed was comfortable and I was so happy to have a lush comforter again. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful hotel that I’d definitely return to one day!

I loved Lisbet. She was very helpful, welcoming and attentive to our needs. The hotel is beautiful and a great place to unwind after checking out the sites in Mazunte. It is beautifully decorated. Me and my adult children enjoyed immensely our stay here. We would come again.

Exceptional hotel and I will be back in a few months when I return to Mazunte.

The entire stay was exceptional. Amazing (AMAZING) owners and staff who were helpful and kind. Excellent and quiet location that's the perfect location between Mazunte and San Augustinillo. Really good WiFi for some work I had to take care of. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower. I could go on and on... Everything about it was perfect.

Wonderful staff with lovely rooms

The staff are lovely! Super friendly and accommodating. No bugs can get into the rooms as they have sliding doors and mosquito screens. The hotel is still very new so the rooms feel super fresh. Comfy beds too! I rented an ATV so I could easily hop between Mazunte, San Agustinillo and Zipolite, but on days when the traffic into SA was bad (between Xmas and NYE) it takes 5 mins to walk down the hill into San Agustinillo to the beach or to my fav food place, Umami.

Some nights over the Christmas period it was a little bit noisy in the evenings, with other guests and kids playing by the pool. However when I spoke to the hotel about this they were amazing, and happily moved me to a much quieter room ❤️

perfect hotel for mazunte

rooms are great - bed are big and super comfy. bathrooms are great and modern. super location between the two beaches (10 minutes walk). the staff is just lovely and helpful. swimming pool is very good as well for a bath after the beach

the bathroom can be a bit smelly but that’s the seaside life not much you can do. no breakfast at the hotel but loads of options around

Brand new and amazing, Minutes away from the ocean

Amazing staff, Everything is brand new, attention to details, everything placed in the perfect locations, walking distance to food, drink and ocean, free parking, the woman who manages the hotel is top notch, she made our stay felt like home,

Cleanliness and Comfort finally!

Location is perfect to go around in Mazunte, I loved the quality of the bed and air mattress and the room designs too. The staff was also really nice and flexible with us. There is Netflix and Aircon which was a nice little break of affordable luxury for us after being in the jungle for a while!

Providing more water in the room would be great but thanks for what was already provided :) Having breakfast options in the future may also be good for the hotel.

new property keys and locks did’t work. Rooms dark and no outside space. pool takes up whole space no place to relax. Didn’t take credit cards cash only. Wildly overpriced

Excelente alojamiento

Liz, la administradora es muy amable. Pedimos que una de las habitaciones se arreglara con motivo de cumpleaños y quedó preciosa. El alojamiento está cerca de Mazunte y San Agustinillo, así que puedes ir a cualquiera de las dos playas sin problema. También pedimos late check out y si se pudo hacer. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones.

Al inicio habíamos pedido una suite y una habitación doble, después la cambiamos por dos habitaciones dobles y cuando llegamos no estaba así, estaba como al inicio. El problema se arregló inmediatamente, pero lo ideal hubiera sido que desde el inicio estuvieran las dos habitaciones dobles.
