Alright but felt a bit expensive

Meals were ok. Felt they were a bit over priced for the amount served. One the saladas I had had too much cabbage. It was just simple dishes.

Room should have a bit more space. Shower did not have hot water. It was alright but for me not good enough. I would like it more hot even on the max which it was 50 the water was still not hot enough especially on the overhead shower

Pleasant stat, suited our needs.

Room was good, suited our needs. Breakfast was very good and the Night we ate in the restaurant we really enjoyed it. Enjoyed our visit to the Hamman and had a great view from the gym.

The website let me book for Dinner on the Friday Evening at 7.30 but the restaurant was closed on Friday and Saturday which we only found out having sat until 7.45 waiting for it to open.

Clean, tidy . Would stay again if price was lower. Although I wouldn't book breakfast.

Clean, tidy hotel with decent food options.

Two small complaints for me: 1. I paid for a rate including breakfast. However at breakfast, it was apparent I was not sitting down....anywhere. So was confined to grabbing a couple of croissants then leaving. Disappointing when you've paid for it. Nowhere near enough seating at breakfast given the size of the hotel. 2. Price. Its a very expensive for what you get.

Felt misled and ignored

The staff were a bit rude, one pushed past me on the way out of the hotel, two used the elevator at the same time as me but no greeting or acknowledgment in any way. A large hold was placed on my card at the beginning of my stay, cost was more than quoted at time of booking. Toilet was not very clean.

The staff behavior !! Not all of them but the one lady on the reception on 27 august at 1:30 am may be african or nigerian she doesn’t have proper manners to work in a hotel like Mercure. And the cleaning staff just come directly into room after knocking one time on the door..that is bad and disgusting

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a breathtaking view of Paris, along with

undoubtedly the cleanliness of the room—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which made settling in incredibly comfortable. What truly elevated the experience was the panoramic view over Paris from my room. Waking up to the breathtaking sight of the Eiffel Tower was magical and added a special touch to my visit. Whether during sunrise or lit up at night, the view was simply unforgettable. A special mention goes to Ezzeldin at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He went above and beyond by upgrading our room, which made our stay even more special. His professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our visit.

The toilet was not clean when we checked in but they cleaned it immediately

I’m still waiting for my €50 deposit to be returned almost a week later with no reply from the hotel. It wasn’t a great

The beds were uncomfortable. They have onsite washing machines that are coin operated but they have nowhere to get change to use the machines and the desk staff were not helpful in providing this.

Horrible experience. Worst stay during 18 years of travelling to Paris.

On arrival the receptionist was very arrogant, she even made me cry after 30 hours of flight by her rude attitude. Her name is Naomie. She was absolutely unfriendly, non professional and her attitude was unhuman. Cleaning was very poor, it was only twice during 6 days. No housekeeping, I had to grab towels from reception. When shampoo was over, staff brought it only after 3 phone calls , during 1 hour. I was not able to take a shower. It was not possible to get asleep till 2 pm as drunk people from the bar were arguing and shouting. It was worse stay in Paris since 2007. Never again.

The room I saw on your advert is bigger than the room I got! You should also include your city tax on your advert not embarrassing people to pay when they thought they had finished paying for accommodation

Location was great for where we wanted to be located.

We had to ask reception to have room serviced. It didn’t happen until 5pm. Next morning was when we realised they didn’t leave two towels and sheets weren’t changed. Rang housekeeping no one answered. Rss as my reception no one answered. Had to go down to reception to sort it out. On 3 occasions we tried to order room service. No one answers. Rang reception. No one answered. Rooftop bar doesn’t open on Sunday’s. Rooftop bar has fantastic views of Eiffel Tower. Why it wouldn’t be open 7 nights a week I have no idea. When it was open on Saturday night they only had one bar staff working. Took 20 minutes to get a drink. Carpets in rooms need replacing. They look dirty. Overpriced for what we got. We wouldn’t stay here again. Very disappointed.

The shower was very poor - the water was not very hot, and more annoying is the fact that the shower head did not stay in the right position, the holder for the shower head was not strong enough so water was not sprayed in the right direction - absolutely useless! No bottled water in the room What compounded my irritation was the member of staff who handled my checkout asked the routine question of "Was everything ok?"...when I told her no, there was no interest in why...so I asked her if she was interested in what had gone wrong....it was absolutely clear that there was no interest in how customer experience could be enhanced
