Amazing location close to the metro, clean and spacious two bedroom apartment, very friendly staff.

The daily cleaning service was excellent. The staff were freiendly and welcoming. The size of the apartment was very good and my family enjoyed having separate bedrooms. However, for a family I would be willing to pay more for a two or three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms.

The dryersin the laundry didn't dry the clothes after multiple tries.

Better stay away. Staffs are way more agressive.

Room is ok while the staffs are not ok. Also the drop off area is a mess. Room key also got so many problem and need to revalidate to get into room day by day.

They assign me the wrong room and I will need to ask to change so likely hotel is cheating on my booking. Key need to validate everytime which is weird.

I want to complain about every person in this hotel it was a very bad experience not accepted at all!!!

Every thing was bad and wired it was so dirty and the room was sooo dusty it was disaster the worst hotel i have ever seen, the staff was so bad and they were very insistent to have a deposit of a 1000€ and when i complained about the room thats a peace of dirt they made it for about €500 and they where so anergy to paid it, and when u didn’t pay it they closed the keys for me and the manger (Daive) said if you didn’t pay you will not be able to enter the room again and this was my last night, even more (klara) was so angry to make as pay as soon as possible i told them i want my money back and i don’t want to stay because the room was so dirty the carpet was black from the dirt and the tables was full of dust and the toilet was so much hair in it i don’t know why they would like to take a deposit of 500 to room like this !!!!!

Size of the apartment.

I had two bedrooms with only one bathroom, the toilet is separated from the washroom.My flight was a bit late and I have been charged full night for the late checkout , the blocked amount 1000 Euro hasn’t been released yet and I have not been given any invoice yet since the check out because there is no house keeping to check the room at the time of the check out!!

THE SO CALLED DOUBLE ROOM WAS SO SMALL - NO SPACE TO EVEN PUT YOUR SUITCASE DOWN TO OPEN!! THE CLEANERS ONLY SPRAYED THE BATH WITH WATER ANYTIME THEY CAME TO CLEAN, TOWELS UNKEPT!! LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS SO DIFFICULT TO GET - EVEN THE TAXIS FOUND IT HARD TO LOCATE

Overall, the room had good facilities, but the service problems were disappointing.

The room was spacious, and the availability of a fully equipped kitchen was very convenient.

1- Unfortunately, the staff were not very responsive when issues arose with the room. I have been staying at this hotel annually, yet the same problems persist, which is quite disappointing. 2- Several of the rooms have an unpleasant odor. 3- Although certain services are advertised, they are quite limited in practice. There is no bellboy assistance for luggage, and for any additional items, guests are required to collect them from reception. The provisions in the room are minimal, consisting only of cleaning service, four coffee capsules, and a few tea bags.

Convenient and good for family stay

Very close to the station and 15-20 min to center of Paris. Car parking is available with fee. Staffs are very friendly and provide clear explanation of the facility. Room is spacious for family.

Great stay, great surroundings!

Space of rooms. We stayed in the deluxe apartment with 2 bedrooms. The service is great and the room cleaning was on point everyday. I will definitely return. The property is within walking distance of the Arch of the Défense, 20mins from the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower by metro.

Great location, modern, safe and convenient

We stayed on the 11th floor and the apartment was much nicer than we expected. It modern, clean, well maintained and up to a great standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day. The location may look in the outskirts of Paris on map but believe me it’s very convenient and only 10 mins away from Arc de Triomphe. If you’re driving like us, the car park entrance is a bit tricky, so slow down not to miss it otherwise you could end up joining other roads and lose time.

Central location but overall a disappointing experience

Spacious room, small but well equipped kitchen, very clean (there are dozens of stickers what has been disinfected and the TV remote is in a specific envelope) and secure (lots of camera supervision), central location to RER and Metro

In my view, this not a 5* property as advertised. Competence and friendliness of receiptions staff is medium, interior design of the lobby is equivalent of a 3*. You would expect more than a self-service machine in the lobby. Slippers in the room but no bathrobe (odd). Spending a lot of nights in La Defense, I think there are better deals in the immediate area (hotels and apartments).

The location is excellent, right by the metro and easy to get into central Paris. The staff were also very kind and friendly.

The hotel itself is a little dated and in need of a refurb. It doesn't look as nice as it does in the photos. The carpets in particular were pretty bad.
